A menos de uma semana de completar o desafio!
Alguns certamente já fartos de me ver postar comida... 😅
Mas tento também com esta “esfrega” de fotos de pratos cetogenicos, (de uma das minhas refeições diárias) demonstrar que não é difícil seguir esta dieta e que as opções são variadas!
A saúde e a carteira só têm a ganhar! 😉
