Ulog #28 When a Missionary is the Happiest-Positivity Challenge
Clothing for the poor. First day of School.
Today is a happy day for this missionary, as I have something in my hand to give. If you could look into the heart of most missionaries, their life isn’t focused on their accomplishments their own comfort. Many times going without, so others can have. The Bible calls it being open handed to the poor. When you live in a country like the Philippines, you see so much! My heart cries and bleeds when there is a real urgent need and nothing in my hand.
Well we just received some help from the USA that is designated for clothing and in another post I will tell of feeding the children. We already went shopping and soon we will head to the mountains with the clothing. My wife, 4 year old son and myself on our motorcycle, also packed with clothes. Also a big smile on the face of this missionary. And the joy we will share as we see the beautiful faces light up with joy and thanksgiving. This missionary wishes every day could be like this!
Thank you for reading!
God bless!

Mention three people who should do this on each day.
Tag it with #7daypositivitychallenge and include these rules at the bottom of your post
Include a picture of something positive (related to your story if possible).
God bless!
These are great examples of things I am always seeing from the great people of the Philippines! Always giving and helping each other it seems! Missionaries usually are not the most wealth either.
The missionary with a heart for the people does not store funds in a bank account. If they have, they already know a need, and are happy to give their last to someone else.
Thanks for your comments!
