Greetings fellow Steeminians.

Another week fulfilled as curators of team 4 within the platform, a role that we fulfill with a lot of responsibility and commitment, it has been a week in which we have managed to visit good publications going through the different tags and communities, where we have been able to support the quality work that has been shared. A week that we can summarize as positive, seeing the good participation in the communities challenge.

It is important to note that the supported publications comply with the required standards or rules that must be met such as:

  • Be original, since plagiarism of content is not accepted, the information taken from the internet must be correctly referenced to the source.
  • Be integrated in one of the investment clubs, that is to say, that at least 50%, 75% or 100% of your rewards are transformed to Steem Power.
  • The content must be exclusive to Steemit
  • Show good activity on the platform, i.e. the user must keep commenting, giving votes, as well as posting constantly or regularly.

Below is the summary of the curatorial work done during the fourth week of October, always with the commitment to comply fairly with the support, to the point of not giving more than 2 votes to the same user during the week, showing responsibility and transparency to the importance generated by the use of the SC account and the role of curator that the Steemit team has given us to perform the function of curator for this month.

Without further ado, here is a summary presented by "categories" of what was the fourth week of curatorship of Team #4

During the period from 21/10/2022 to 27/10/2022 after visiting a good variety of labels, nationalities and communities we were able to support 171 posts and 16 good quality comments. Below is a table of supported posts and comments according to the club to which the user belongs.

N° of Publications Supported: 171
N° of Comments Supported: 16

Below is the summary of support by content type, with #thediarygame remaining the most used hashtag, followed by #challenge #lifestyle and #creativewriting.

We now present the number of users by "nationality" that were supported by the team during this period. In total there were 23 countries that we managed to reach where we found good content and users related to an investment club.

To conclude our curation summary, we would like to inform you about the different communities we supported during this week.

As requested by the Steemit team, we present the 5 publications of the week, which were considered for the quality of their content and presentation.

Top 5 Selected Publications Of The Week

Selection N° 1:

Post: La Traviata Opera / Author: @enveng / Status Club: #Club100

Selected by: @petface
Opinion: I enjoyed being showed around the opera house in the cultural centre in Istanbul. It fascinates with its contemporary design. A traditional opera is probably the last thing one would expect to see at such a modern venue. I personally haven't seen La traviata which is as the blogger reveals based on a true story unsurprisingly about love. I like the many photos that she included, how she formatted her article, the research she did and that she even shared the exact location.

Selection N° 2:

Post: How to Make Money Online: 20 Ways to Make Money / Author: @cryptogecko / Status Club: #Club100

Selected by: @deepak94
Opinion: The user has written very well that how you can earn money with computer knowledge. We often look for how to earn money but can't find the right article. The user has written about 20 such ways by which you can earn something. The user has used the right words and grammar to write his article better..

Selection N° 3:

Post: The Diary Game - The Experience I Had At My Son's Place With My Grandson / Author: @divinemercy / Status Club: #Club5050

Selected by: @mato445
Opinion: This author has written a wonderful diary that details her day's events and activities. The author made a beautiful publication in which she discussed how she got ready to visit her eldest son's home to spend time with her grandson Miracle. She talked about her journey to the market, where she went to buy items and her main focus was the ingredients for her son's favorite recipe. When she got to her son's house, she went ahead and explained how she prepared the recipe, showing the steps in pictures. She ends the publication by talking about her time spent with her grandchild. It was a good read with great pictures to support it. I loved every activity she described, and I think many readers will, too..

Selection N° 4:

Post: Review KCF Lhoksukon Bersama nuclear family / Author: @irawandedy / Status Club: #Club100
Selected for the second time by the same curator during this period
Selected by: @klen.civil
Opinion: This post has described something related to the food review category in full, whether it's writing, photos, maps, prices. and others. This post also discusses the travel carried out by the author in finding the place and of course it will be a reference for steemian or other general public in knowing about the place..

Selection N° 5:

Post: THE DIARY GAME: 19/10/2022. / Día de apoyar a mi amigo a recaudar fondos para su mamá / Author: @oneidaa / Status Club: #Club5050

Selected by: @adeljose
Opinion: It is a publication where the author shows her experience of the day, starting by going to the library to use the books, then she shares an act of kindness by being of great help to her friend @rodolfmandolina to whom she helps to sell a raffle for the benefit of his mother who suffers from a strong disease. In the same publication you can see good pictures of Halloween decorations and the Porlamar square..

This concludes the fourth curation report of team #4 for the October period. We reiterate our thanks to the Steemit team for giving us the opportunity to support good content.

Hi, thank you for this excellent report.

I am someone who likes to think and expect the best from people, but I find it very curious, and it never ceases to arouse some suspicion, to see that CR are chosen to be voted on. I really had to say it.

The curation work is supposed to try to find those users who are in the shadows who have not received visibility or rewards in their posts.

I don't see much point in exposing our fellow CRs for support. I think that Steemit is very big and needs to be explored, and not be satisfied with bringing the same people in the report.

I'm sorry if I said something that may sound bad, but I had to say it.

Greetings friend @inspiracion.

We CRs, we are above any other user, since we must share quality content like others, therefore, we are in the same right to be postulated to a Top5 "if the publication has the proper quality", in this sense I respect the observation of the friend @deepak98.

I appreciate your visit and consideration.

Yes, but here exchanges between the same users are observed, which is not correct.

It is true that a Cr can be postulated. But there are exchanges between votes of team members, that's what I want to highlight.

I'm not going to get to the point of pointing fingers, but I invite you to review the team reports. Coincidences don't happen twice.

Greetings and thanks for the feedback.

Note: I mean the different teams, not just this one.

Yes, but here exchanges between the same users are observed, which is not correct.

That is correct, and I myself have commented on it in the report of your team.

I like to be correct in my management, and therefore, I have indicated in bold letters the observation where this case of selecting the same author is fulfilled.

Plagiarist tags are removed over time when it is proven that you have taken the right path of publishing original content or respecting copyright, so, in due course you will be making the appropriate adjustments.

I invite you to continue sharing good content.

I am grateful that you chose my post @deepak94. However, I have a question that I would like to ask the entire team, especially @adeljose who created this post.

There are only a few spots that feature the best posts of the week, and these people are then supported by the curators for their quality posts. In your report this week, you included several people whose posts have expired (older than seven days). It would be really helpful if you guys would check twice before making a report so that someone who needs support can receive it.

Having these reports is very important in terms of providing support to individuals who have worked hard and produced quality content. As a result, if the vote can't be given because the post is older than 7 days, then the vote that could have been given goes to waste.

UsernamePost LinkPost Age
@envengPost Link6 Days 18 Hours
@irawandedyPost Link9 Days
@oneidaaPost Link8 Days

Thus, out of five spots, you have included three posts that have either expired or are about to expire. To make the selection process more effective, I would suggest that the team improve it.

This is not a rant, but rather a suggestion from a Steemian who wishes to see all Steemians succeed.

Greetings friend @cryptogecko

It is important to let you know that we value the quality of the publications visited by each one of us, therefore, there will always be publications with 6 or 7 days of validity within any selected Top. To do this, the SC01 curator looks for an active publication from the user to give it the corresponding vote "if approved". The regularity of the user's publication will facilitate having more options to receive the vote.

I appreciate your visit and observation. We are at your disposal for any other concern.

Vote will be given to the selected authors' most recent post, thus it's always ideal for authors to consistently produce high-quality posts. In the event that the nominated post has expired, SC01 will vote the authors' active post.

Very less likely this happens
