Greetings fellow Steeminians.

The last month of the year has arrived and with it another period of great commitment to the activities carried out on the Steemit platform. In this opportunity we want to share with all of you what has been our management in the first week of December with the "Team Millionaire", always fulfilling with the best intention our role as community curators.

It has been a good period, achieving contests with good themes in which a good quantity and quality of participation has been presented.

  • Be original, plagiarism of content is not accepted, information taken from the internet must be correctly referenced to the source.
  • Preferably you should be within the investment clubs, i.e. at least 50%, 75% or 100% of your rewards are transformed into Steem Power.
  • The content must be exclusive to Steemit
  • Users should not submit SP delegations in exchange for voting services.

Here is a summary of the curatorial work done during the first week of December, also, at the end of the publication you will find the consolidated information where you can see in detail our management, showing transparency and responsibility in the use of the SC03 account and the role of curator that the Steemit team has given us to support the contests that are promoted throughout the platform and that meet the basic requirements.

Without further ado, here is a summary presented by "categories" of what was the first period of curatorship of the Team Millionaire

During the period from 30/11/2022 to 06/12/2022 after visiting a good variety of tags, nationalities and communities we were able to support 145 posts and 38 good quality comments. Below is a table of supported posts and comments according to the club to which the user belongs.

N° of Publications Supported: 145
N° of Comments Supported: 38

Below is the summary of support by content type, with #contest remaining the most used hashtag, followed by #creativewriting.

Below we present the number of users by "nationality" that were supported by the team during this period. In total there were 19 countries that we managed to reach where we found good content and that are integrated into an investment club.

To wrap up our curation roundup, we'd like to let you know about the 35 communities we've supported this week, as we found a fair number of quality posts in them.

My curation for the day was taken as the beginning of our duty for December. The early part of the day was associated with scanty articles for curation and this can be attributed to the activity of the previous day's curator who extended her window to the present day. That being said, I was able to curate a total of 21 articles at the end of the day, this encompasses new contests and ended contest articles, I have reason to skip one of the winners in a contest due to the non-compliance with the club initiative which is one of the basic rules of receiving support from SC03. In conclusion, it's a great curation day.

Thursday 01/12/2022: @irawandedy
On December 1, 2022 curation, the number of posts that I curated was 19 posts, these posts consisted of contests, contest announcements by contest organizers and contest winners in accordance with the stipulations without ignoring the curation provisions of the Millionaires Team that had been published.

Friday 02/12/2022: @kouba01
For the first week of December, we were able to complete our curation work in good conditions, my turn was on Friday 2/13/2022, within the Millionaire Team whose objectives are to discover and upvote for best contests proposed by the community and individual initiatives of certain users, all these efforts have been rewarded in different proportions according to the quality of the competition and the state of the club that it has reached.
The stats of the week were acceptable, 16 posts and 2 comments were upvoted, however we experienced a large number of posts that were skipped reaching 18 participations, including contests organized by members of our team, to which the regulation prohibits us from participating in the vote, in addition to the presence of posts that have not been renewed in their content and have only copied the same what has been submitted in recent weeks, or also exceeds the time of estimated voting 7 days, especially for contest winners.

Another satisfactory week with the curation. This week I found 17 contests, winning posts & some good comments to curate. Novelty is what a contest needs and this week I found a few which I haven’t seen as a contest before. Special mentions should go to @alejos7ven where he brought the attention of everyone with his new contest “Put yourself in their place, not in their position!”. Also, @dove11 & @liasteem made contest themed with love ❤️. Yet I’m a bit blown away by checking the participation count. Maybe the majority were attracted to the SEC season 06. This is a detail that I would love to follow for the next few weeks.

I've been curating for the first week. And it is a very valuable opportunity for me. I curated with heart and love. I am satisfied with the curation that I have done. I hereby assist the contest organizer. The contest can improve the quality of content in Steemit. The team consists of great and committed Steemians. I learned a lot from them. And it is an opportunity for me to continue to learn from them.
I curated with love and hearth. I feel more flexible in using curated accounts. And I've adapted to Team rules. On Sunday, 04 December 2022, via my Steemcurator03 account, I voted on 18 posts, consisting of 11 contest posts and 7 contest winner posts. I've also voted on 4 quality comments that match the theme of the post

Monday 05/12/2022: @adeljose
During my first experience as a member of the Millionaire Team I have been able to experience a good feeling by being able to support during the day 05/12/2022 the contests promoted by the communities and common users, as well as the winners of contests, in order to add value to good quality content. Overall, it has been a good experience where I was able to visit a good number of communities, as well as review the list of contests shared by my friend @disconnect.

Tuesday 06/12/2022: @franyeligonzalez
In this first week I had the opportunity to curate on Tuesday, where I could see a decrease in the publication of contests compared to previous weeks. However, I was able to vote for 25 quality posts, within which were contests, winners, and winner announcements. Most of the posts were within the #club75, which I think is very good because almost always most of the posts tend to belong to the #club5050.
I was also able to vote for 10 quality comments. I think it's been a good week and the team has focused on giving its best.

As requested by the Steemit team, we present the 7 publications of the week, which were considered for the quality of their content and presentation.

Top 7 Selected Publications Of The Week

Selection N° 1:

Post: CONTEST : My town with traditional retail / Latest edition / Author: @f2i5 / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @fredquantum
Opinion: Out of the new contests curated for the day, I found this one to have stood out based on the genuineness of the activities that are required of the participants to engage in. It's all about patronizing traditional retailers. Across the world, there are a lot of struggling small-scale businesses such that whatever sales the owners can make from the business daily would be utilized to support their family's daily needs, patronizing such businesses give hope to some lives. I also patronize local retailers and I understand what a lack of sales could mean to them, through this contest, people can share their original retail activities at any store of choice thereby helping a business to grow, and who knows they may turn out to be retained customers (or progressive customers) for the business. I found value in this and think it deserves the top spot.

Selection N° 2:

Post: Steemkids & Parents Contest / Funny Photo Caption / Week 9 / Author: @ashkhan / Status Club: #Club75
Selected by: @irawandedy
Opinion: The lack of creative contests on Thursday made me have to work hard in setting content as the best post, but I found 1 best post out of 19 other posts. Events that occur in life are the most important part in the process of life, not everyone captures them in pictures, but not a few of them document them as memories in the future.
The theme of this contest is "Funny Photo Caption", I'm interested in choosing it as the best post/contest of the week on my curation day. The organizer expects the creativity of the contestants in choosing original funny photos and writing them as interesting as possible. This will encourage the imagination and creativity of the writer to develop stories from the highlighted images.

Selection N° 3:

Post: Concurso: Así me trató Noviembre!!! / Author: @anasuleidy / Status Club: #Club5050
Selected by: @kouba01
Opinion: My choice today was based on encouraging individuals to create contests, as I didn't want to name any of the posts since most of them were announcements of winning or repeat content. Going back to the competition I think an idea borrowed and developed from a diarygame, where the organizer asked the participants to tell her what had happened to them during the whole month of November, and she left them free to write this they wanted (progression of objectives, Days of celebration, A good surprise at Steemit, Or, on the contrary,....). Good luck to the participants.

Selection N° 4:

Post: Contest of the Week: Easy Writing "My Three Wishlist Before 2022 Ends" / Author: @steemitphcurator / Status Club: #NoClub
Selected by: @disconnect
Opinion: Last month of another catastrophic year. We might have not ticked the boxes of wishes we planned during this year. In this celebrative month contest from @steemitphcurator gives you the chance to reassess your wishes and end this year with positive vibes.

Selection N° 5:

Post: Contest - A 10 Minute Dish / Steemit Travel / Author: @ripon0630 / Status Club: #Club100
Selected by: @nadiaturrina
Opinion: It is a contest that invites us to share food recipes served in just ten minutes. This contest is about making a delicious, nutritious, and creative 10-minute meal that can be shared with friends or family. And we can freely share our favorite recipes. I think this competition is good. Contest organizers have a special hashtag that refers to the contest, so organizers can easily find participating posts, clear contest rules, and clear prizes to be distributed. And the most important thing is that the organizers of the contest pay attention to the originality of the participation posts.

Selection N° 6:

Post: contest December#1 / How education benefits us in our naturalistic life / Author: @meraindia / Status Club: #Club5050
Selected by: @adeljose
Opinion: It is an interesting contest, since it promotes awareness about education, where we are invited to reflect on the use of the knowledge acquired through academic instructions as lived experiences, and the need to provide knowledge to others. The contest presents a good prize for the winners, being 25 Steem the total amount to be distributed.

Selection N° 7:

Post: Reto “Manualidades Creativas” Semana #24 // Tema: "Bota o Calcetín de Navidad" / Author: @beatrizleon57 / Status Club: #Club5050
Selected by: @franyeligonzalez
Opinion: I think this contest is very creative, we are talking about encouraging people's originality and imagination, on the other hand, we are in a time that lends itself to this theme, where users can show that Christmas atmosphere that we all like. This user has been very consistent in her dynamics, she recently received suggestions from the team and these suggestions were followed, I think it is worth supporting her and appreciate her effort.
Many people are encouraged to participate in her handicraft activities, I could see a good introduction, clear rules, good prizes for participants and above all, a contest that provides quality to the platform..

This concludes our first Team Millionaire healing report for the month of December. We reiterate our thanks to the Steemit team for giving us the opportunity to support good content
