Every human being definitely needs motivation as their positive encouragement that comes from outside of him so that he realizes his existence and all potentials in himself. The question is, what does motivation really mean to humans? In my opinion "Yes, as ordinary people we have a point where we will feel bored at certain phases, as in our daily activities, from all aspects of life I need it as my impetus to think credibly in making decisions".

Since I started in business, there are many positive things that can be taken as a means to mature in life and make wiser decisions at work. As ordinary people, of course, we are more concerned with the sense of selfishness to achieve something we want without thinking about the consequences that will occur. As an initiative I in (Steemit Engagement Challenge S3-W3) would like to contribute to the theme "A Little Motivation Can Be Beneficial" on the steemforbetterlife community page.

Of the two cartoon characters that I chose, of course, have a moral and motivational message in my own life. As a childhood spectacle, it is certainly very educational, not only highlighting animated pictures, but many positive things that can be cited as motivation and this depends on each of us whether we want to take it from the positive or negative side. Well, in this case I want to tell you these 2 cartoon characters, as motivation in my real life that I can quote from the positive side.

• Olaf _Frozen : The very popular Disney film of its time and from the animation of this card is not only a spectacle for small children, but hypnotized adults like me with education that truly educates our lives as a means of our motivation.

While Elsa was listening to the song, "Let It Go", that's where Olaf was created, but he was thrown in Elsa's cloak that fell to the side of a mountain crashing into a tree. It's still hard for Olaf to realize that he can live like a human, because he doesn't know who he is? Olaf also goes to find his true self, while walking around the fun Olaf also finds a shop that he approaches to find out who he is! then the shop owner gave him a unique item at the kiosk, but the shop was already bought by Ana. So the shop owner gave him a telescope, from here Olaf had a dream he had never seen before, which was to see a summer photo, that's when he wanted to achieve that dream even though it would melt into water.

From this cartoon I can take as a moral message in his life such as;

1. Let it Go - Whatever happens in your life, be it painful or sad, let it go by focusing on the goal and the first point.

2. Think positively about what other people say about you, whether you are good or bad, but you must know that you are the one who knows about you, not other people. So you have to believe in your qualities.

• Spongebob_{Square Pants} - Spongebob cartoons were very familiar a few years ago and almost all parts of the world really like this underwater storyline. As we know that Spengebob works in the underwater restaurant Mr. Krab as a chef who is trusted and reliable from all fields, even though the owner of the restaurant is very stingy, but Pak Krab's heart is very kind to Spengebob, especially to his only son, always according to what his daughter wants.

But did you know that the main character, Spengebob, is always indifferent and chatty to those closest to him. However, with such a strange nature, there are some moral messages that we should follow here, such as the word from the picture "I'm ready"

1. Spengebob is always ready to do what Mr. Krab says, even though sometimes Mr. Krab always scolds him, just like our parents, scolding us with good intentions, not self-hatred.

2. The second moral message that often happens to us is that we misunderstand our friends, for example those who always betray us from all aspects, but we must use it as motivation, Spengebob always eats his friends without revenge even though he is often loved by people closest. according to him friends are strength, that is the moral message that we must remember in living this life.

Of the two characters that I chose really helped provide a moral and motivational message in my real life. as described above is in accordance with the character that has been my motivation so far.

Why is motivation important to you as a person?

Self-motivation is very important in our lives as ordinary people that sometimes we have a saturation point in certain situations. For example, when we want to achieve the desire to buy a house, of course here we need a strong drive to achieve it all by building a foundation in our lives by reminding us what motivation we want to do, save or have to work extra. so that we can achieve it. all, Back again to each of us if the view is positive then we have to work extra so that all wishes come true and the fire spirit that we must instill in ourselves. not only motivated but you are not moving the same zero result.

Do you motivate others? Give two examples

Yes. So far, I have often given various motivations to workers during breaks with the aim of sharing experiences while running a family-owned business. yes maybe some people think "yes, you are good to have a family-owned business" in my opinion if this pattern of thinking is not credible for success. It's the same when you give bait but you can't use it well and don't want to ask other people is the same as me. but I always encourage my employees to be more efficient in thinking, today you can work here. But do you think I will stay here? tomorrow or next year I can be your position and you will be my boss. I always encourage them to work more consistently for future success.

I will always be a good listener when 2 of my friends ask me for solutions and suggestions, but as a friend I will always hear what their impressions are when they want motivation and advice. The most common thing is to hear what they have to say to be more confident, be it about other jobs. As a good friend I will always direct my enthusiasm to them to enjoy, don't be too tense and selfish when facing a problem, always let the wind bring a comfortable atmosphere so that you find a good phase.

What habits can you create to increase self-motivation?

Increasing motivation in myself is to do my goal of becoming more mature to achieve specific, clear, objective and realistic goals in my diary.

Develop a plan well and purposefully so that of all the goals I want to achieve, I can reach my target by starting small things such as starting my hobby of writing on the Steemit platform and going to the nearest beach to keep my mind awake. more relaxed in making good decisions. good. Lastly, giving gifts to yourself, such as taking a vacation out of town and doing book reading activities and a few other things, in my opinion, would be much wiser in my opinion.
