Moldovan skyline.
I stood on the top of a hill on the road leading from a small town on the banks of the Dniester towards Chisinau and admired the Moldavian landscapes.
Moldova is a very green country and churches have to be built higher so that they can be seen from behind the trees.
The Dniester valley in this place seems to be a huge floodplain, but it is framed on both sides by high hills.
