step 1 :

First I started drawing with a brush and black paint. Then I drew the eyes of the strange devil vector art very beautifully with black paint.

Then I drew the nose very nicely. And I drew the teeth in a very horrible way.

Then I painted around the face very nicely with black paint.

Then I designed the neck part of the art very beautifully with black spots.

Then I made small and small drawings on the forehead. And I drew the hair on the head like thin leaves.
