And to interview him about his success secrets, about his success methods, about his approach and thinking.

Hi from Singapore Edwards. I have interviewed here mr. Ron Sim. He is a self-made billionaire known as the founder and CEO of Osim International

The number one brant lifestyle product brand in Asia. Osim International of 1200 outlets throughout 30 countries.

It is a global brand. Ron Sim, also, owns other brands like Rich Life, GNC and TWG Tea. .

He comes from very poor beginnings. He lived with 11 other people in one-room apartment in Singapore

And when he was 5 he neeed to go out and work in order to be able to pay for his food, because he was fourth child in seven child family.

So, nobody cared for him and he had to earn his own living. He was going through the neighborhood and selling noodles for 50 cents

And every day he could earn up to 50 cents and it was enough to pay for his food and sometimes, when he was lucky,

He could even buy some food to food supply for his family. So, coming from these humble beginnins, he said to me he was lucky to be born poor

We were talking about his success secrets and he told me several interesting things.

One of them was there are 3 main motivators for a huge, outrageous success. First one is hunger, second is despair, third is desire.

Sometimes you are just hungry for success, you are hungry for life and this is actually the main motivator of Ron Sim

He experienced a lot of hunger in his childhood and this hunger stayed with him throughout his business career

And he was able to become a billionaire because he could never satisfy his hunger.

The same with despair. Sometimes you are in a very desperate situation and the only way out is to be successful.

This is the only way you can get out of this desperate situation and you can do all unimaginable things - things you'd never consider possible.

If you were not in that desperate situation. Another one is desire. Sometimes you just want the success so much

And if you have this desire to the subject of business or whatever you want to achieve in this subject / industry

Then you can overcome all these obstacles on the way to your success. So, these are the 3 main motivators.
