Hi steemians,

TEAM-4 4th week of curation with Sc07 account just ended and so we are here to present our final report today, 26th January 2022. This week, @steemdoctor1 had to curate for 2-days covering up @lhorgic's day since he wasn't chance. This is team spirit and we always try as much as possible to feel the gap of our partners anytime they're not chance to

We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which was supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.

During the week, we were able to fully used all the 7-days of the week to work and curate hundreds of articles and tens of comments written by great authors.

Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 162 posts and 33 comments, giving us a total of 195 posts curated by TEAM-4. We noticed that each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

The observations of our curators

This fourth Friday was a great curating experience for me. I started the curation activities at the right time. I visited different communities and explored various tags to find out quality posts and support them. I found many good posts that were attractive for me and I support them with considerable votes. In total, I have supported 24 posts and 6 quality comments on the fourth Friday of January 2023.

This Saturday was a great experience for me to curate at the place of one of our team mrmbers, @lhorgic because he was busy today and I have to cover his work. So, I explored various tags and visited different communities to find out the quality content. In total, I have curated 17 posts and 5 quality comments. Some of them were very very impressive posts and I have also learnt many new things from my this curation by reading others posts. Overall Experience while curating the whole day was very great. I have to leave the curation account earlier so that the next curator can utilize the voting power at the correct time.

On Sunday, 01/22/23 I started the treatment at 1:00 utc. I read many varied publications in different tags and varied communities, only one written from the personal blog, to vote in total 24 publications and 3 comments with sense and importance, 14 publications of users belonging to the club5050, 6 of the club 75 and 4 of the club 100.

It was a very valuable and enriching day where I could learn from the publications of the different people who work on the platform, I enjoyed it very much.

This certainly was another lovely day having the opportunity to support my fellow Steemians on the platform. I managed to provide useful tips to some of the bloggers so their posts get better visibility and I also encouraged them to interact with others here. I noticed that people do their very best and feature many pretty images, with collages becoming more and more popular as a thumbnail photo which actually prevents the individual images from standing out really so my personal recommendation based on what I have read on Steemit and discussed with other more experienced users is to present the best image first. Then we can always feature a collage as a second or last image illustrating the article for instance. This time I came across less #thediarygame related posts compared to articles inspired by the challenges on which even motivates me to take part in one or two myself so I better start browsing for a topic that I find captivating.

Report of the day:- It was quite a delightful day for me to curate several pleasant posts. I started at morning 9, and now its night 10; I just finished my curation. In between, I have given some rest to the curation account ; so that I could reach the highest number of posts, as it is my last curation for this month. I supported various contents; among them, I curated most of the posts that are under club5050. And along with that, I also curated a few comments

Observation : A great week with hundreds of pretty good posts, luckily another curation team has voted for many users with good posts. This has more or less reduced my burden personally after seeing a lot of support given to decent user posts. Enjoyed a lot of interesting reading moreover the engagement challenge post, indicated the huge benefits of the Steemit engagement Challenge contest. I hope the next weeks will be a lot of work and ideas that we can enjoy, it will be a great thing for the Steemit Platform.

During my last week of curation, as usual, I visited both communities and blogs of individuals so as to ensure that I shouldn't skipped any good quality post. I also tried to search for #tags so that I could also support a great number of good articles. In general, it was a great tore navigating in different Communities, tags and blogs of individuals so as to support them. I also tried as much as possible to support good quality comments and I was impressed with how good some comments were.

In conclusion, It was another great week as I was able to support a Total of 26 posts and 5 comments from different authors

Opinion: While curating, I found this post the most impressive one. Actually, the author of this post has participated in the engagement contest of SCA. He has explained about his best and worst trading moments of 2022 year. He has secured very good profit from the Doge Coin and unfortunately he fell prey to the LUNA crash. At the end, he has also discussed the lessons that he learnt from his trading experience in 2022. I like that he has learnt to be patient while crypto trading as the market is highly volatile. Moreover, the presentation of the post and the overall quality is also very good. So, these are some reasons behind the selection of this post, this week.

Opinion: Best Pick: This post was a great source of entertainment for me. In this post, the author has explained about his visit to one of the most beautiful parks in their country, Dream Holiday Park. In this park, he has shown different things including the palanquin of various metals, the ghost house, the lake where he used to enjoy the speedboat, and the most important is the site of the frozen lake. The scenario there was really looking real. The penguins were looking great and the mountain climbers were also looking real. Overall, I really liked this post. The quality of all the images was also great and overall presentation of the post is also one of the reasons for selecting this post as the best pick of the week.

Opinion: The friend @luimer79 makes an instrospection in a contest where she analyzes her passage through this platform during these two years that she has been active, she shows us who is her sister and teacher, in addition to the people she has met and how her progress and future goals have been, she is an example of perseverance and dedication.

Nominated by :@petface

Opinion: This time of the year most of us tend to spend more time indoors and cook often. So it comes by no surprise that this tasty comfort food article caught my eye. It seems that the author already had the intention of posting about this dish whilst cooking it so he managed to take many photographs with great care. He also shares tips on how to cook the meat so it remains juicy. The blogger formatted his article well so we can easily spot the shopping list and the steps that we need to follow.

Author : @waterjoe

Post Link : Travel
Nominated by :@sduttaskitchen

Opinion: The author participated in the challenge organized inside the Incredible India Community. The author not only described his family holiday to Banda Aceh with his wife and three daughters, Zara, Raisah, and Qaireen;
also presented the post beautifully with all details.
The presentation of the post spells bounded me;
and the author appropriately justified the engagement challenge subject. Hence I selected it as a top post of the week.

Author : @asiahaiss

Post Link : food diary
Nominated by :@fantvwiki

Opinion: For the second time I chose this user as the best post, the basis for the selection was determined by how well the information and presentation were delivered. This post of mine has more value, like the same themed post he once made. This has a positive impact and is not worth leaving it alone, an effort that needs to be appreciated. Posts themed news & promotions that made it look pretty good to read, the details of the menu prices, and the atmosphere that feels on the terrace Dehdoh Cafe did not escape from the data that is informed. In the end, I judge this post to have good quality, and a complete presentation will give birth to satisfaction for readers.

Opinion: This user explained in detail how he spend his day and all the activities he carried out during the day. He began his day by working on the steemit platform as he use a community curation account to vote and support good articles, after that he navigated and left to his job side where he finally left his job side during the day to meet a friend in town. He ended his day with a great meeting which he attended. One thing that made me chose this post was how attractive was and the style in which he presented the post with good pictures

The curation window of this post is 7days
