It comes with converged directory services with integral access management using LDAP and other services. It is a password less IAM which eliminates need for hardware tokens. The one identity you will make will become your global identity for once and for all. There is no risk of fake profiles as they are reviewed on a daily basis eliminating all fake ones. Uncovering existing directories

Multiple solutions have come up in the last few years to uncover contact graphs & directories. All of them have solved problem upto a particular point but have been unable to completely solve this problem.

CallerID services use crowd-pooling to create a complete public database of Contacts but contains limited and static info that is at best verified by the contact owner. No privacy controls.

Social Network provide dynamic updates on the people known to you socially or professionally but the userbase remains incomplete without any contextual grouping. They are also not suitable for sharing contact info.

Chats on the other hand are great for Connected Directories like Family, School Friends, Work Colleagues but unable to account for Unconnected Directories like Clients, Vendors, Doctors etc. Also the Contact info shared is limited and cumbersome to extract & use.
