Dear Diary: I Am worried What the Bone Doctor Would say Tomorrow

Please don't judge me by the way I look, this is just my shell in this world.
God-willing I will push through on seeing an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow, Saturday at Sacred Heart Hospital at Malolos. I might be discouraged to undergo any kind of invasive surgery because of the kind of condition that I have but if the doctor would take this rare challenge then I am game too.
It would be expensive. have no more health insurance to cover any extra expenses for any tests that the doctor will request from me and I will just be relying on the community to fund my cause so that I can go on with the steps to correct my condition. I just hope that there is a way to chisel out the extra bone growth in my mouth because it is growing exponentially, I couldn't close my mouth anymore and people have a trouble understanding when I speak and this could pose a problem for the doctor.
There thing that I want to be corrected, my back which I think needs a metal support and I think will be relatively easier to do than the inside of my mouth. Second, my mouth is also a major concern because it really is progressing, it is a fearsome issue for me and I just rather die than to see the summit of its havoc upon my mouth and head. Thirdly is my face, it is disfigured enough that its quite gory now and people would stop, point, stare, and whisper around when they see me. It bothers me so what I can just do is to hide under a surgical mask so that they wouldn't stare as much.
I would take it a laboratory and medical test at a time and hope that the Steemit community could lend a collective help as the magnitude of this problem is really quite unimaginable for me, I am now scared but the fight is still on.
You look fine to me man, certainly not a bad looking guy in my opinion.

It's just I miss my former image, this shell that I am posting here I do not even recognize. I am a subject off pity for most people. But I am holding on and still fighting.

Some times one has to doubt what one reads, or sees, or hears.
When such posts come from a well established personality it is one thing, because such a personality has its reputation to lose if discovered as a mere attempt to squeeze pitiful rewards, be them either upvotes or donations or a different form of reward.
When they come from an unknown, it is another thing, since such an unknown has only what to gain from others' mercy.
The mere fact that this dude uses a picture of some filipina as an avatar and then suddenly starts to post pics of some poor guy alone should make one suspect.
