Lose weight and look good episode 121

The past whole week has been quite crazy as there's so many dinner appointment with clients, technically daily had to consume tons of "over nutritient" food.

Chinese new year mood everywhere, and we are two weeks from it. I have been making tons of excuses, to accompany my client having all kinds of funny food in my stomach now.

The Arkadia is usually the object I walled surrounding, but today I went the opposite side. There's so many pub and bistros, and eatery surrounding the building, the floor became really oily and cigarettes butt everywhere, so I decided to walk I'm the opposite side.

Note that I did not use RUN? I don't feel too comfortable, I did tried to run but it didn't last me more than 2km. I felt my lungs is about to explode. I did tried to pace it down, but in the end the speed went so slow to an extend people are walking by me despite I looked like running. And I wouldn't wanna risk getting into one of those.

And not car from the ambulance I saw these bunch of people there. Not sure what were they doing, but I think it's a good practice to call for standing by ambulance when doing group activities. God knows when do we need it.

There is this place where it's unoccupied previously, I can snap a very good skyline view of sun rise, but now had turned into a private car park. It is still a good sun rise place, but the lamp post is so tall, and it blocked the view.

And I'm heading back to the car park after this roundabout, which is the interchange between central park and west park. Central park is heavy traffic, but west park basically underutilized.

Last but not least, a panoramic view on ridge wood residential area. This sum up my latest episode of walking/running report. I'm still thinking, should I or should I not report separately since I'm also reporting for 10reps workout. Next week will be 15 and follow by 20 in February.


This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.

How come is is so easy to gain and it takes weeks to lose what you gained in two days time?

You can always say your stomach hurt, you just ate or keeping a diet because you have a bet running. 😁

It's not easy to gain when our body is at burning mode. Which means the amount of muscles in our body superceded our stomach capacity. I had 2 years in my life that I can eat whatever I wanted and I will only gain 2kg in 5 days and lose them all in 2 days with minimal workout. Now that my body had turned to storage mode, as you can imagine there's not enough muscles to burn calories, whatever amount of calories I put in is a potential fat gainer.

More like walking. I don't jog unless I'm doing the breathing technique like @erikah suggested. Most of the time I'm on interval running mode. Run until like lungs going to explode in 400 meters, then walk for 3 minutes and repeat.

I don't know how can I survive it, but I guess I will just have to look after my portion. Try to avoid the "eat until full" situation.

@davidke20 Somehow most of us learned to ignore the "I am full" warning. Little children have it but we want them to eat. I had to eat because those poor kids in Biafra although I couldn't and looked the same.

I doubt I ever had the muscles to burn. I never was fat I became it later. I need somehow to change my way of eating limit it and see what I can digest.

I think it is the best to stop before you feel full.

It's easier to consume half a litre of water before eating each meal 😁 it even kills the urge to eat sometimes 🤣

@davidke20 I drink whole day on. In the end the water tastes terrible and I want to eat something to get rid of that. It's not great if the water makes a sound in your belly of you walk or sit down. ❤️

I'm not a doctor, but I think a physician knows more about what type of body can we use to realign our body towards which direction. There are skinny lads that can stay slim for like forever even they eat a mountain of goat, that's because of their body type are setup that way. And after they consulted physician, gotten the number from several tests, change their eating time, food type, immediately they put on weight.

Water, usually a healthy person can consume up to the ratio of 1 liter for each 10kg. I'm saying up to, anything more than that run a risk of malnutrition due to excessive water can dilute the amount of nutrition taken in. I personally take more water in the morning when I wake up, towards noon, the consumption will be reducing and by evening I almost didn't drink. I don't like to have excessive fluid sitting in my stomach overnight, which ultimately disturb my resting time. May be this will work for you?

@davidke20 I need to drink a lot. One of my illnesses is Sjögren disease. I am 24/24 dehydrated but drink less in the evening since I already have short nights and do not like to spent them on the toilet.

I know plenty of people who do nothing, can stuff themselves and never grow one gram.

I read (heard) a book about how people ate and drank in the old days. I recognize a lot. We hardly drank but no one was dehydrated. He says you get the figure from those who's kitchen you eat. He always was skinny, the whole family was. Only a short time he lived with his aunt he became as fat as his aunt, cousin, etc.
The aunt cooked great his mom not plus hated it.
They ate each day of the week the same, hardly any variety. He also said. Eat what you dislike and you will lose your fat fast.

Btw My weight was 1 kilograms as I went to bed and I gained so l "lost" 900 grams during my sleep. ❤️
