Lose weight and look good episode 112

How cooling winter is? Well, in my home country, there's no particular month that is cool enough to make me say it's cold. However, at highland and mountain places, due to higher altitude will have less pollution and feel colder. This shot was not from today, but I like this shot since there's been few days no rain. During middle of the day, weather is extremely warm, and there's very little to no cloud in the sky. From this angle, you can see there's a mild layer of fog, and the sun shine from behind the trees from far. Color shading on the sky makes a very smooth transition between gold and blue(more like grey).


Ok. Enough of beautiful view, back to earth. This is how this morning looks like. I got up a little earlier, than workday, and it's been few days since last rain. The sky doesn't really impress me.


Pardon my fat feet, but I like these finger socks very much. I got it from Daiso, but not all the outlet has it. I belive they discontinued it, whatever left in the market is last stock. It's getting harder for me to get these socks.


Here, last two weeks was all about feather, dragon. Today, seriously I don't know what was it. It's just not nice.


After sometime, at a different angle after I jogged fro about a kilometer away, the cloud seems moved a little and has a slightly differnt pattern from this angle. I still can't tell what it is, but it looks better than the previous.


Sky doesn't turn dark, but somehow my auto exposure screwed up, suddenly the phone thought it's too bright out there, so it auto shade it. Upon inspecting my photo, I thought it was nice, so I did not delete and retake.


after half an hour run, came back to the same angle trying to search for the cloud earlier, it seems changed a lot. That marks my 3km run at that point.


Urban style of sunrise and sunset has always been between buildings instead of mountains. Can't say I'm all impressed by this sunrise view, but definitely felt grateful to even have a chance to witness this beautiful view after 6km run.

Well, saw I have a free piece of cake from Starbucks, and since I got some stuff need to do without being disturbed by office people, so I went to the nearby Starbucks and spent the entire afternoon there.


So there you have it, my weightloss report that always makes people miserable, just because I'm lack of discipline in terms of food intake control. Argghhh!!!
