[Steem talk] Review and planning ahead

This post served as a purpose to record and track back my performance after closing of my 2019 target since 29/11/2019. Seriously, I've been quite loss after the closing, and I am lack of motivation to continue.

I don't know what am I doing everyday, like spending more time at the cafeteria enjoying coffee, but I do not took out my phone and start writing. I usually have a lots of fun writing during breakfast or lunch at the cafeteria, but lately all that has gone. I guess the plan really work well over the past 1 year. I am only regreting for not doing enough now, I could have achieve even more if I set a higher target.

Anyway, without spending too much time stumbling a the same spot, I should start reviewing what can I do to improve my 2020 income. And by year end, I should roll out my next year 11 months working schedule.

Let's check back 2018 from where I came from, I managed to squeezed into 500sp minnow class back then, and I have decided to maintain atleast 500 effective steem power so I can continue to use of the voting power adjustment bar. In 2019, I've managed to bring myself a level up to a dolphin. Despite being a young dolphin, this marked the first time I'd be able to make use of RC to generate new account. Junior dolphin like myself can only rely on 100% RC on 5000sp to claim an account, so maintaining 5000sp is my new goal for the coming year. This will be in my checklist for 2020 planning.

I have an opportunity to work with @victoria-bella in #esteem curation project, and now we're trying to promote #wherein platform for the Indonesia community. With a Bahasa platform, Bahasa community will be able to earn a chance to get another upvote when they create article with #wherein app. So I have created an account as @wherein-bella. Note that, currently I have delegated 3500sp to #wherein, where else can I have any other extra SP for emergency? So, here comes the lease. Which I'm taking a lease of up to 3600. My current available(not overlapped by loan and principal) SP is only at 660. Atleast, if all of the delegator bail me, I will still have a 600sp worth of upvote for other people.

The above picture shows clearly, I have only 660.835SP is effective. What is scary is the following.

Two of my lease is expiry in less than a month. I can choose to continue the lease, or stop the lease and hunt for a cheaper deal. What if things happened exactly like last time, I will be dropping here 1ksp there 1ksp and left me red handed sitting there facing all the hunters who trying to target me.

At this point of time, I'm still a little confused and dizzy. Next year, my greatest goal is to stop leasing. But that means I will have to get beef up my account to 10000sp, so I can have my out delegation maintain at around 5000, whilst I still have my 5000sp upvoting for customer. I know, making up plans is easy, working towards it is another story. 10ksp may not seem alot, but people like me who has less whale belly to rub, it's really kinda tough. By this year end, when I present my 11 month's monthlychallenge, I will be setting these goals with a yardstick so I know where I am currently standing.
