[Steem talk] Token for token power

For the longest hour in my life, the past 2 days has been quite challenging for me, to think it through whether should I start a new account for my #bpc curation. I know for a fact that, if I start a new account, all I have to do is delegate the account, load all my #bpc to that new account, had that account to follow @bilpcoinbot and it will be able to earn curation reward, at the same time I can use that account to upvote myself and nobody is going to say I'm wrong.

But then, when I looked back my steem-engine wallet, I realized I already have several curation accounts for different tokens. One thing for sure, some of these account crosses over. I took a look at my delegations to those sub accounts, comparing their curation rewards so far, they haven't even make enough to cover the number of STEEM I've delegated to them. So, what does this mean? It means, if every new initiative came up, and I had to create an account for it and delegate atleast 25SP to it, after 10 new initiative, I'm down 250SP, and currently there's more than 100 tokens around, should I start 100 new accounts to host all my tokens?

After 2 days of struggle and consideration, I've decided to ditch the idea of trying to capitalize on those tokens anymore. Whatever I've done previously, they're there and I'm not going to create further trouble. Here, take a look at my main account, whatever needs to be done here, they're already here. The reward I'm supposed to collect, they're in here as well. Having all eggs in one basket will waste particular token's voting power. I did put my deep tought into it, where do those token came from initially? I'm no investor(other than #UFM during their token launch, I'm the only idiot who put in 100steems to support them, and you don't wanna hear the rest of the story. I'm just glad I make it back out alive), that will be a different story. Similarly to any other investors, fast in fast out is the way to go. And therefore, nobody will want to spend time create content, and all they care is making enough useful upvotes, earn their portion of curation reward, and therefore a dedicated account for curation is required, so they can maximize their reward.

I don't know about others, but I find it satisfying to burn tokens for promoting post. Like it or not, what came from the community, goes back to the community. I realize this because for the past 3 months, I have not been using #bpc, and all of a sudden I see tokens coming in, my first evilish response is asking myself should I cash out and back to #steem? And immediately I have a moment of silence, everything become clear.

My balance 99BPC collected from post payout for 2 days straight, will not make me rich. I can do better than that even in #steem level, why would I care to go through all those trouble just for 1.787steemp? But, powering it up, upvoting people whom I've been supporting, and pretend I haven't been using #BPC at all, I think that will make me more sane and be able to continue to write without thinking too much about the post reward.

I will continue to make use of the PROMOTE function for as long as I can, unless something like this morning when I make my #tasteem post, the auto correction corrected my #bilpcoin tag to #billion. By the time I realized it, I changed it back to BPC, but that proven to be too late. The post no longer appear in #bilpcoin. I'm not despaired, I will just promote 1 post less today. I will continue to support, introduce #bpc to the Chinese community, and probably to the Indonesia community as well. Meanwhile, I'm going to buy some #steemp from people who is trying to liquidate theirs, and ultimately I will be able to buy in some #bpc.
