My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2019
Today was a weird day. I forgot to take a lunch break. But you know what? The occasional day with reduced calorie intake isn't that bad. I still managed to get my steps in and did my pushups tonight! This is day 23, on my way to 77! I'm noticing the pushups are getting easier to do. I might need to change them up a bit, build some new muscle!
