Ah, the magic of Christmas. I find it so easy to get swept up in the mystery of it all - the sights, the sounds, the smells, and that warm, enchanting ambiance.

Capturing a memory ♥

I live so far from home. Every year, I think I should move closer to my childhood, that perhaps life could be just a little bit more. I know that home is a state of mind where life was carefree and love was unconditional. I didn't need to speak to be understood. It is only at Christmas that I miss it in a very concrete way. The rest of the year, I look at it fondly as a place that I was raised until I found my own life. That it is really the people that I miss more than the place itself. 💓💓
