It is such a wonderful time of year to celebrate and let go of any ill feelings. I say that in particular for family that is separated by words or deeds. It happens in the best of families. But, I never want anyone to take my side and shun another. Life is too short. We are all human and we say and do things that, in hindsight, we probably wouldn’t do again. So, I will say my piece and step over it. Forgive. Forget. Move on. I must, for my own self-preservation. These little things have a way of festering inside if you don’t release them. In the spirit of Christmas, say your piece and then forgive. You will feel better in the long run.

It is merely 12 days before Christmas and people are really starting to pick up the pace, unlike me as I am strolling through, keeping time with my steps, but, slowing down enough to enjoy the season and all of its meaning and beauty. Even from the back of the store, the softest of song drifts through the air. Hallelujah.— at angels we have heard on high.

It is always and forever a pleasure to spend some time with some of my favorite people as we share with each other our walk with each other. The idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. This will be my entry for #WednesdayWalk with @Tattoodjay. You can find his entry and an explanation of the rules suggestions for the challenge. You will find it here I will be taking my walk indoors today, It's chilly and I really have a lot of ruuning around to do. So, to the Christmas store we shall go... again. Oh, come one! You know you want to.

'Tis the season!

The wreaths made are truly incredible and worthy of a picture. Wreaths are something that I really love and spend countless hours making them for all the doors in my house. I put them on the inside doors and this creates an automatic feeling of the holiday, even if you don't put another thing up.Especially for maybe a grandparent that doesn't really want to bring out an excessiove amount of decorations, this is perfect.

Ah, the magic of Christmas. So easy to get swept up in the mystery of it all - the sights, the sounds, the smells and that enchanting ambiance.I can never get enough of it.

It makes no difference how you celebrate or where, as long as there is Christmas in your heart, none of the other things matter.

Here in the glow of those last lingering moments before Christmas, I take pleasure in its warmth— at under the Christmas Tree.

Flowers.There must be flowers. Always. In the midst of winter, I found there was summer lurking deep inside me. So, I dedicate this flower to #WednesdayYellow by @Kalemandra who colors my world, every day.
