Day 264: 5 Minute Freewrite: Tuesday - Prompt: food to the table

This is the first freewrite after I have successfully finished the 50 days Selfie Freewrite Celebration Contest. Today we have "Food to the Table" as our prompt. The moment I see this prompt, all the food pop up into my head... LOL... I didn't go out for lunch today. And it's 2.30pm now. I had 6 little-steamed buns (they are really tiny little buns) and a hard-boiled egg and some edamame as my brunch.

And looking at this prompt, I started to see satay, lamb, curry laksa, beriani rice, rendang, and many many more yummilicious food. Why all these food??? Yup, I have photos of the food to show you later after this.

I was out in the field on duty this Monday. Had a ticketing counter at the Le Meridien KL Sentral. There is this special event by the HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise), and they have Datuk Ramli Sarip as their special guest performer. Datuk Ramli Sarip and Dato' Khadijah Ibrahim will be having their 30th-anniversary tour starting this September. And I am with the ticketing agent for the KL concert. So there I was at the event.

My counter was right beside the beverage counter and right in front of the satay counter. There's this yummilicious delicious lamb over the other corner. At the end of the event, after I closed my counter, the organizer was super nice and invited me to enjoy the food. Because before the event started, I had this huge portion of chicken rice (also being provided by the organizer), I couldn't taste all the food at the buffet section.

I chose to have the satay and lamb only! And they were super duper tender and yummy and juicy!!! OMG... This is making me hungry again... Their coffee was super awesome too!!! I had two cups that day. My 5 minutes is up now... So let's get on with the food photos... And most of my food photos have some yellow in it, hence, I will also submit the photos to WednesdayYellow too!!! I hope you all enjoy the "virtual feast" with me!
