The clock chimed as usual at the usual time and I woke up, as never before. My eyes were so heavy that I could hardly open them and I felt very sleepy. I went to breakfast, and even without being able to open my eyes properly, I went to the bathroom and turned on the tap of the washbasin in my cabin, and with a splash I poured water on my face, and although it was cold, I could hardly wake up properly. When I left my cabin and went to the dining room I found that the shuttle was already back and that was the best way to recover my awakening.

The shuttle was a portal made of terminals and a circular door. Seen from the outside it appeared to be very big and being inside it was very cosy and made you feel like it was custom made. You didn't need to wear oxygen or a helmet to travel in it because its inner atmosphere was fitted with an emerald green oxygen chamber that allowed you to breathe without difficulty as you moved from one side to the other. This was No. 10 and had already undergone many pilot tests. It had been created for time travel without the need for a ship, it was like a gateway to other planets, other worlds, other universes, and it had already returned, it was on the bow of our ship with my friends, who would later tell us about their journey.

As I walked a little further I noticed that next to the shuttle there was some kind of waste material that had also come with them and this caught my attention even more.

Finally I arrived at the mess hall and as expected everyone was already gathered there. All the crew and the new arrivals were talking about the different anecdotes that surrounded that great trip. However, after a few minutes of listening to them I realised that someone was missing, one of the crew.

I went to his superior and asked about him to which he replied, he came with us, but in a different way, it is strange that you have not met and that he has not greeted you and completed the information saying he is not the same who left here

With that information in my head, I ran to the bow of the ship to see if I could find it, I shouted its name, I went around the place several times and when I almost gave up I could hear the alarm on my cell phone that had been activated, telling me that It was time to get up and go to work.
