NOIZ chain is a fully fledged decentralized ad network that based on blockchain technology that provides transparency, solves the problem of fraud and places advertising on the control of the community thereby increasing commitment by trying include social impact organizations in the process. The NOIZ chain platform engages users in a targeted direct way. This is not similar to the former traditional digital advertising which comprises of strings pop-ups that customers are used to ignore without a second thought. On the NOIZ chain platform, users are motivated to take promotions through their well enabled proof of engagement system.

Advertisers airdrop tokens to the users for product discounts, reward points or simply for participating in the banner ads. The NOIZ chain platform has a NOIZ wallet which permits users to assemble these product discounts as well as reward points which can be redeemed through the offering party or the NOIZ chain partnerships.
• Permissioned Privacy Protection
The NOIZ chain platform permits total control to users regarding their private information. As a matter of fact, the participants get compensated in NOIZ tokens for sharing their data with advertisers and partners they trust.
The challenges facing the advertising industry
The digital media is estimated to consume approximately $ 237 USD annually, which is equivalent to 40% of the global ad spend. However the chief marketing officers alluded that they could not demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for online advertising. This is as a result of programmed techniques which are used to inflate the number of views that regulate the costs and effectiveness of digital advertising media.

Recent studies reveal that advertisers lost an estimated 16.4 billion USD in 2017 as a result of an ad fraud traffic and to make things more worse, an research predicts that ad fraud will consume an approximated $19 billion USD IN 2018 and approximately 22 billion USD in 2020.
Centralized ad platforms are known to be infamous for double standards in relation to the ads and advertisers they wish to upkeep or ban. To add on these, this centralized platforms have failed to checking on malicious publishers herby potentially harming the brand and name of the advertisers.
Most times advertisers would rather not work with advertisers directly, instead they opt to work with ad exchange networks that sustains programmatic ad buying. These makes it mandatory for publishers to also work with ad exchange networks. By doing these, publishers make available their valuable consumer data to the ad exchange platforms. These ad exchange platforms then use the data to target the same consumers on a variety of publisher sites, without the consent of neither the original publisher nor the consumers. These simply defines what is commonly referred to as ‘data leakage’.
Lack of transparency on potential ad income has become another major challenge that affects the publishers directly. These is demonstrated by the opaque centralized ad platforms which acts as brokers between advertisers and publishers. It is said to be ‘opaque’ because the publishers are restricted to accessing the ad exchange algorithms that specifies their income. These leaves the publishers in an awkward situation with no choice but blindly select in the dark, hoping to pick the right type of ads that fits the information they generate.
In relation to targeting volume, publishers may be excluded from centralized ad exchange networks on the basis of low audience members or low quality audience members.
Another challenge facing the publishers is data transparency. Publishers wish to know their real target audience data in order to fit their content to the audience and increase the number of views. The programming techniques inflates the data and makes it hard for the publishers to properly adapt.
Consumers have also many problems as a result of advanced levels of malicious targeting because of their valuable information that is shared across ad networks which are not secure. These consumers are exhausted of useless ads online. The failed digital advertising systems compels consumers to depend on ad-blocking services. Online advertisements have become more insensitive and these is unpleasant to consumers who would rather not view them at all. This gives consumers no motivation at all to interact with the ads. As a result, engagement and conversion is driven down injuring both advertiser and publisher names.
Lack of privacy is another challenge that reduces consumer engagement with online ads. Research reveals that three quarters of websites now have hidden google trackers and a quarter of them now have hidden Facebook trackers. Ad platform has been exploiting sensitive consumer data for the purposes of advertising.

• The NOIZ chain network platform allows consumers to create consensus for or against advertisers that they like or dislike. These prevents low ranking advertisers from participating in the NOIZ network anymore.
