Enjoyed Fried Rice with Manchurian with friends | 10% to shy-fox

Hello, dear community members, I hope you all are doing great. Today I will share with you about daily routine and amazing recipes. Today I went to university and reach there at 11 am. I did my lab work and complete it. After that, I have to meet with my old friend so I went to another department to meet with him. I brought fried rice with Manchurian for him which has been cooked by my mom. It tastes delicious. We both ate them together and he also liked them too. Then after that, I had a craving for some snacks so I went to uni's mart and purchase some crisps. but these snacks never net the taste of fried rice and Manchurian. I am going to give you all a recipe that how my mother made them.

INGREDIENTS (for fried rice)

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Carrots 3-4
  • Capsicum 2-3
  • Cauliflower 1 (medium size)
  • Eggs 6
  • Black pepper 2 tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Soay sauce 4 tbs
  • Chili sauce 4 tbs

INGRIDIENTS (For manchurian)

  • Chicken one kg boneless
  • Ketchup half cup
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Soay sauce 3 tbs
  • Chili sauce 1 tbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Capsicum 1 (sliced in square pieces)
  • Onion 2 (sliced in square pieces)
  • Red food color 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour (as required)

STEPS (for fried rice)

  • First, take oil in a pan and ad one cut the onion in it. Fry until golden brown
  • Then add carrots and cauliflory in it and cook for 7-8 min
  • Then add black pepper, salt soy sauce, red chili sauce to it
  • Then add capsicum and cook for 10 min.
  • Then beat 4 eggs and fry them
  • Cut them into small pieces and set them aside
  • Then take another pan. Take water in it and boil.
  • When fully boiled add soaked rice to them. When rice is boiled rinse the water from them and place them on low flame for 10 min
  • Then mix the mixture and eggs in rice and add some black pepper
  • Fried rice is ready

STEPS (for Manchurian)

  • First, take boneless chicken in a bowl and add black pepper, salt, and all-purpose flour to it.
  • Then take oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
  • Then add the fried chicken pieces to another pan and add ketchup, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and chicken stock to it
  • Cook for 10 min and add onion and capsicum it
  • Cook for another 10 min
  • Then add cornflour in it according to the required quantity to make it thick
  • Then add food color to it
  • Manchurian is ready.
