Thank you for this interesting contest theme, to shorten the time let's start the interview. Here is my response to the question :
| 1.- How did you get to Steemit, what motivated you to stay? |

It's been 15 months that I've been on Steemit with all the posts I've shared, those posts are a collection of stories and news as well as information that I'm very happy to share. The hobby of writing is the main factor that drives me so far on the Steemit Platform, a means and medium of sharing that provides opportunities for me and maybe everyone to earn income with their hobby of writing.
My motivation continues to grow as I feel the huge impact I get from sharing these stories, income is certain, but no less important is that I am more confident to be able to get to know many more people from various races, tribes, cultures, and nations. What I have gained today is the greatest motivation so that I can grow and develop as an individual, this motivation continues to grow every day as a form of enthusiasm to continue to move forward and develop as part of the wider Steem ecosystem.

| 2.- How has it been sailing in the Steemit Ocean? Are you already a dolphin? If your answer is yes, tell us how you did it; If your answer is no, we would like to know how you are working to achieve it? |

Initially, as a user who wants to channel the idea of writing on the Steemit platform, recognition from other users about what we write is important for us to get. Writing is about how many people see and read it while providing a message that readers can enjoy. But Everything needs a process to develop, it takes time to get that recognition. So far I have continued to improve my ability in terms of writing and trying to give a message to the reader about what I write.
The step to grow so that it affects other users is also a long journey that I have to pass, various initiatives that support and encourage account growth and Steemit I try one by one. Until finally, it has been at the point where I feel one achievement after another I can realize on the Steemit Platform.
The best achievement at the moment is that I have reached the level of a dolphin, becoming a MOD in one of the communities, as well as being one of 9 Country representatives for Indonesia. Especially for the dolphin label, I've been on the first racetrack, soon 2 times the dolphin maybe I'll get it shortly. Achieving this level requires high consistency and a strong commitment to achieving it. Always write and publish, and continue to be in club100 in an effort to maintain the Steem ecosystem as a user until now I continue to do.

| 3.- Do you think that being a Dolphin gives you an additional benefit? |

Being at the dolphin level is the dream of many Steemit users, it's not just an effort to show your commitment to Steem. Far from it I can do more and provide benefits to other users, the higher the value of Steem in your wallet, the higher the benefits you can give to other users. Your influence to support other users will be very beneficial for all of us who are here.
More than that I can give examples to other users of the importance of reaching this level, the higher my dolphin level, the more visible my commitment to investing in Steem.
| 4.- How did you celebrate or do you plan to celebrate each dolphin you achieve? |

As far as my first dolphin achievement goes, like this following post : MY FIRST DOLPHIN ON STEEMIT - #CLUB100 - @fantvwiki. I do not celebrate excessively, gratitude is the way that may be appropriate and well done. Making one post by mentioning the name of the name that contributed to or supported me so that I reached that level is my way of celebrating the achievement. I am quite aware what I am getting is not because of myself, it takes hundreds of support from other users to reach that level. Mentioning the name of the name shows we are a community that supports each other and play a role in achieving this, what happens if the post you share is not read by other users?
Now the achievement of the 2nd dolphin is the next target as a form of commitment to advancing personal accounts and also Steem, I still hope for the support of all users to reach that level. And when this is achieved I am very happy to recreate the post and share the story with you all, I am sure this will be achieved.
| 5.- What opinions do you have of Power Down? |

So far I have never done this, I hope not to have obstacles that can make me power down. But we must think rationally and also logically in addressing power down, it's about the circumstances and also the situation.
The logic of investing is a way you hold and keep the assets you own while hoping that their value will increase in the future. This effort is not to let it continue to improve all the time, but you must see it as a force capable of changing and improving your previous situation. Therefore, sometimes power down is a form of the situation in one's choice to see the circumstances and plans expected by someone from an investment.
In essence, Power up is the best step to invest especially with Steem as an asset in Steemit, while power down is your best step to see the situation and conditions you are experiencing about the value and assets you have. Thinking logically is the best way to invest, the bad thing is that investing is not about what people get with what you have, but about what you get from the investment.

You have been on this great platform for more than a year, you have worked hard to get here, your work is notorious.
