Resteemed!! I love so much of the stuff you post @fernowl13. I was talking about you to @davemccoy the other day. Some of your stuff would be great for #newbyresteem!!
The big thing is your tags. YOU MUST list steembay as your first tag and your language as your second. Everything else is just like any other post you would make on Steemit. the only expections are you need to tell people where your starting bid includes shipping or if it is extra and how much extra.
Within seconds of when you submit the post, the bot will display that long list of actions you can take. 99.9% of the time, all you need to do is reply with start . That is the amount of SBD you are setting for the starting bid. It should always include the decimal place.
After that, you just wait for bids to happen. If you get a bid, the bot notifies you on your replies. When the auction ends, it notifies you if or who the winner was.
They send the SBD and the address to send it to, you send it and that is it!
The tutorial goes into much more details, so you might want to read it too. If you have any questions, please just ask.

Steembay seems so complicated. Is it easier to use then it seems? I have a few items I could part with.
It really is not hard. I forgot to include the tutorial link in this post. https://steemit.com/howto/@steembay/steembay-quick-tutorial
