Steemit Engagement Challenge Season8 Week2: An Original Ticket

Greetings my lovely friends!

Steem notes! Will there be a date to implement such note! We are so used to fiat currencies that cryptocurrencies seems almost unnatural to us. But implementing a note could be another huge step. Here we are designing Steemit notes for such future 😃

My Design process

I used simple art for my design. I'm not a big artistic person but this seems fun and I decided to go with old school fashion. I asked the pastel box of my nephew, took a pencil and a paper and then started designing my art work for the 05 Steem note.

Then I started colouring my note. I included the Steemit logo, Value, Astrological sign & QR code as a security feature. First I started with logo and then proceed to the bottom.

I included Astrological sign "Capricornus (Goat)" because I thought that many cultures use these signs, it is universal. People believe in luck so such universal sign should feel lucky and familiar to them. With different notes we can use different signs.

The most difficult part was the middle area which I left initially. I wanted to do something related to Steem here. So I thought I should include the sea representing the Steem world as we always speak about dolphins and orcas. But 05 Steem note should be a small fish, so included some small fish here in this note.

I was happy with how it came, took sometime to get it correct.. now time to colour it and finish my note.
