My new fitness band - Mi smart band 7

After selling my apple watch series 6, I didn’t use a smartwatch for a very long time. But recently I thought to have a new watch. I do not like to wear mechanical watches that much. That’s why I searched for a new digital watch that is worth my money.

I saw Xiaomi's new smart band is out and available in Sri Lanka. So I thought of giving it a try. I have previously used their smart band 3 & 4. My sister also still has the mi band 4. The new model is Xiaomi smart band 7. It’s actually a fitness tracker. At the same time, we can use it as a watch.

I really like the features of this watch. I should mention that the display is very good and beautiful. Also, it’s very responsive. Other than this colourful display, this band has a blood oxygen sensor and a heart rate sensor. Sleep tracking is also a feature of this fitness band. One downside I see is that this doesn’t have a built-in GPS. So, it should highly depend on the phone we are paring it to. The always-on-display feature is great. I turned it on after I update the firmware of this smart band. But it consumes more battery. In my usage, I can use this watch for 5 days without charging. This is so much better compared to my apple watch.

I bought it from direct dealz Moratuwa. They had the best price for this device in the country. Most of the shops do not even have this for sale. The price was 18,800 lkr including delivery. If someone is willing to buy this one, it’s an easy recommendation.
