In our first week of work I can say that I am satisfied, the team is much more united and we all have very clear rules, we all agree, we have a leader who does a very good job and we all agree with him. I can also say that I have been able to see higher quality contests and communities more focused on creating challenges for the users.

On my watch which was 01/11/2022, I was able to vote on 22 posts, among which there were contests, contest winner announcements and contest winners. I was able to review 24 posts in total, the other two could not be voted on because they did not meet all the team rules. I was also able to vote on 9 quality comments.

It was a great week and I hope we keep up the excellent work, I am proud of my team.

Wednesday, November 2

For my first duty of November, it was a great experience as usual as I have enough quality contests to curate across the platform and other contest winners' articles.

In total, I have checked 26 articles while 24 of which were curated accordingly. Notably out of the skipped contests belongs to a community account that has not complied with the club status, importantly the account has not been active for a long while (this stands to be the most important reason for skipping).

Out of the 24 articles curated today, 12 belong to #club5050 users, 6 each for users in #club75 and #club100.

In addition, I have only supported the top 3 contest winners in each of the announcements I visited, some contests have more than 3 winners and we may not have the resources to go around as new contests are being released. It would be great to advise contest organizers to make their top only 3 (to be considered for support from us) while they can choose to reward other users in their own way.

In Curation Week 1 in November, according to my schedule, I received curation responsibility on Thursday, November 03, 2022.

The total posts that I verified were 36 posts, 22 of them received SC03 curation account support and the remaining 14 posts were missed for several reasons.

14 Posts that were skipped because:

1. Not joined in club status: 2 Posts
2. Power Down: 2 Accounts
3. Does not meet curation standards: 10 posts

Friday, November 4

For the first week of November, we were able to complete our curation work in good conditions, My turn to curate was on Friday 4/11/2022, within the Millionaire Team whose goals are to discover and upvote for the best competitions proposed by the communities and individual initiatives of certain users, all these efforts have been rewarded in different proportions according to the quality of the competition and the state of the club that it has reached.

The stats of the week were very motivating, 28 posts and 2 comments were upvoted, and I skipped 6 posts for not respecting the conditions of participation such as at least belonging to #Club5050, or exceeding the estimated voting time of 7 days, especially for competition winners.

We found 10 posts belonging to #Club100, 3 posts belonging to #Club75 and 13 posts belonging to #Club5050 were voted by percentage 50%, 40% and 30%, adding 5% for posts that are embedded under the tag burnsteem25.

Saturday, November 5

For my first week of curation with Team millionaire, I was able to curate 20 contest posts + 04 valuable comments. All the contests were supported between 30 to 55% VP according to the club status rule set by the Team members.

Points to highlight:

• There were two members who did not use country tags. I encourage all the contest organizers to use the correct country tag in the first five tags of their posts.
• While most of the organizers used #contest as a tag, I found many have used a unique tag to track their contest which is really good. Organizers must emphasize the importance of using this unique tag for their contenders instead of the common #contest tag.

I love working with The Millionaire Team. The team consists of great and committed Steemian. I learned a lot from them. And it is an opportunity for me to continue to learn from them.

In my first week with The Millionaire Team, I was amazed by the teamwork that supports each other. All team members create a nice atmosphere. And I learned to adapt to The Millionaire Team's curation rules.
On Sunday, November 06, 2022, through the Steemcurator03 account, I voted on 24 posts, consisting of nine contest posts, six contest winners, and six specific contest tags. I've also voted on three quality comments that fit the theme of the post.

This first week we agreed on the way we would carry out the ccuration, and we have a good dynamic in the group.

On my shift I had the opportunity to curate several contest posts, as well as announcements of winners and winners, which I have found through the "contest" tag and visiting communities.

I'd like to remind you again that the "Contest" tag should only be used by contest creators. And that all contest creators should also make use of it, within their tags, as it is one of the methods we use to track contests.

I have seen food contests over time but the dynamics in this contest make it more outstanding than usual. The food contest seeks to work in line with color, I agree that colors play important role in attracting us to the delicacy presented before us.

In this contest, they are working with the green color where participants are expected to share their recipes that is green in color, share interesting facts about them and show the steps followed to prepare them.

It would be an interesting piece and the reward pool is also fine as compared to other contests assessed for the day, as such the article is selected to fill the top spot.- @fredquantum

The growth and development of children is an important element that must be considered, because the growth and development phase is a golden phase for the sustainability of children in the future as an asset that must be maintained and considered.

I saw the idea of a contest with the Topic "Help The Kids To Develop Their Creativity... Create Something From Nothing: Explore More Options" as an ideal stimulation of child growth and development and so I chose this topic as the best Post in Thursday's curation.

For this week's nomination, I was looking for a contest that gives better rewards and a timely topic for the participants. Many contest organizers tend to distribute the rewards with the support of booming or account upvotes. While that is acceptable, rewards with Steem prizes are what I look for as a contender. The contest from Incredible India has 30 Steem as the prizes and the theme of the contest is related to nature. I believe this topic can make awareness among participants about global warming.

Further, the contest has used a unique tag, the #natureconservation to track the contest. I hope this trend will be adopted by all organizers soon. - @disconnect

An Interesting contest idea. It will provide a broader understanding of curation and quality posts and open up Steemian insights about the responsibilities of curating account users. It will be interesting if the contest is participated by those who have been responsible for using one of the Steemcurator accounts 03-09 and Community curation account. It is because not easy to choose quality posts, looking for commit Steemians, and free plagiarism posts. Using a curation account is a difficult task and not as easy as one might think. This contest creatively addresses a cooking theme, inviting users to explain what their favorite protein is, invites them to show their own images of these foods consumed during the week, as well as encourages them to share the price of these products and its equivalent in Steem.

It seems to me an interesting dynamic to discover the variety that can exist in terms of the consumption of proteins from the sea or land in different locations, in a country, or in the world. - @inspiracion
