EON (EOT) REVOLUTIONIZING THE GAMING INDUSTRY WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

The blockchain has seen several developments, especially when it comes to mass adoption.It cannot be denied that the blockchain technology sure is the future. To be able to continue to prevail in this functions, the blockchain will have to continue having applications that are important and useful to people. There are several applications sectors on the blockchain, but there is on particular I see to have a very great impact on the blockchain.It is infact the gaming industry, people get tired of working, reading or studying,and when they decide to have some leisure time, take a break and have fun, they embrace games.To show how important games are to humans, in the year 2017, the game industry generated a whooping USD116billion , and on top of that it has been proven that this amount increases by an 8.3% rate yearly .In the normal game industry , game creators/ developers spend up to 50%of their profits in running expenses such as adverts and marketing so as to get their game to the public, this expenses are paid to huge centralized game distributors .This then leads to this game developers increasing the cost of their games and it wears on the final consumers or buyers. This is due to the fact that the gaming industry is rather centralized,so the final consumers or players of this games have little or nothing they can do about price . So they eventually take the pain and buy this games at whatever cost is given to them . To make amends, the gaming industry will have to become decentralized .

To decentralize the gaming industry, Eon was created, Eon plans to get rid of the middlemen in the gaming industry

WHAT IS EON?

This has been talked about earlier in my previous article, but just to make sure the new readers have an insight of what am talking about, I will go through it again . The Eon platform is a decentralized gaming platform with a major aim of helping people discover good games, share those games among themselves, and play those games. This way, users are able to select what really works so them, and developers working hard are sure to do well because their games will be very appreciated. Eon (EOT) will be the direct link between gamers and game developers .
So I promised to go more indepth on the Eon ecosystem on my new article, so stay glued and learn more about the ecosystem .

The Eon platform has various components thats helps it achieve its desired goals.

Referral system:- This is the heart od the eon ecosystem .The referral system is based on the blockchain, each and every user on the eon platform has their own referral smart contract, as it is based on blockchain technology. Whenever an Eon user refers another serious gamer, and this gamer play his first game the referrer will be rewarded in Eon tokens .This reward is giving for contributing to the growth and development of the EON platform .
Game Discovery System :- On the Eon platform, gamers can discover new games themselves, play tgis games and share it to other users.They purchase this games and play whenever they want too, payments for games can be made through different cryptocurriences, most times, this game creators select the cryptocurrency they accept.
Game community:- This is a social community for gamers to interact , gamers can upvote or downvote activities of other games, reviews can be submitted on the Eon platform . A profile is owned by each user, so each user is known to a reasonable extent . When gamers do activities bring achievements and new ranks they get rewarded in EON tokens .
Developer system :- This is the section on the Eon platform where developers can submit their gamers , update their games, check their game statistics, all on this section . On this section, developers allocate rewards for new feats on the game . An example of this rewards may be 100Eon for referring a new user .
