#club5050 D.I.Y. Motorcycle Re-painting @jes88 + 25% @null
I have done internal fixing/ check-up the old motorcycle yesterday. Today, it is scheduled for the re-painting and make it looks new. It is very expensive if I get a painter to paint my old motorcycle, that is why I have decided to do it on my own. I bought 3 cans of Samurai Spray paint. Tue surfacer, the actual color, and the clear spray for matte.
My mission for today is to make this look new(see photo below). It looks old and I have to admit, its not comfortable to drive on it.
First, I pour out water on it. Then use sandpaper to remove dirt and other dirty stuffs on the cover.
Second, put some scratch papers on the area not included. Then spray on the surfacer spray, which is the color gray. Let it dry for 30 minutes.
Third, spray on the orange paint. Let it dry for 30 minutes.
I have finished the two paints before sunset. Since I need to attend the dinner, I left it for a while and continue after eating. Fourth, I have to spray on the finisher or the clear spray for matte outcome. It is already dark outside when I continue my work.
And this is the outcome of my do it my own motorcycle re-painting.
This is how much I spend on the spray paint. A total ofP 665.00(56 STEEMS) for the three spray paints.
Thinking of having a new motorcycle is very expensive and impractical since I still have one. I have save a lot from doing it on my own. The next thing to do is to wash and clean my motorcycle.
This has been my diary game today, inviting @sweetspicy @kyrie1234 and @georgie84 to share your diary game, too.
