Un afectuoso saludo a todos los integrantes de la comunidad Steem-Database. Comparto mi aplicación para moderador de esta comunidad siguiendo la invitación del post [IR]

Mi nombre es José Luis D´Hoy. Mi usuario en Steemit es @joslud. Nací y vivo actualmente en Venezuela, como me gusta decir: “Al norte de la América del sur”. Mi idioma materno es el español, lo hablo con mucha fluidez, leo con facilidad el inglés también portugués, no así la expresión ni redacción, pero me ayudo con traductores en línea.

Me uní a Steemit en diciembre de 2017, así que recién estoy cumpliendo 5 años como miembro de esta plataforma. La conocí, si mal no recuerdo en un anuncio de Facebook, en aquel entonces yo trabajaba visualizando publicidad paga.

Como novato no me di cuenta de inmediato de la importancia de incrementar el poder de voto y si le sumo la situación social de muestro país, prácticamente tome a Steemit como una fuente semanal de ingresos. Siempre publique post de calidad (habrá sus excepciones), participé en muchos concursos especialmente de escritura creativa. Ahora tomo conciencia de apalancarme en la plataforma y enfocar mis esfuerzos en fortalecer mi poder de voto y reputación.

Soy de la época anterior a los famosos “hard fork”, no había tanto énfasis en las comunidades, pero los venezolanos comenzamos a generar interés de las grandes ballenas. Me uní a la otrora “Ruta BlockChain” venezolana con @danielvehe a la cabeza, con ellos hacía de moderador en un grupo de Facebook, allí revisaba las publicaciones y seleccionaba aquellas para ser votadas por dicho Trail. Entonces ocurrió el tercer o cuarto hardfork y la “Ruta blokchain” se mudó a Hive.

Me uní al proyecto de Curación de @tipu, prácticamente desde que inició, (antes del tercer hardfork) desde entonces realizo curación diaria para dicho proyecto. Esta curación es más libre y de pocas condiciones, valoramos más la calidad, y nos enfocamos en curar las publicaciones nuevas.

Más recientemente, me postulé como Curador de la Comunidad Seven Network, y fui seleccionado hace ya casi tres meses. Me dejaron como curador libre, en estos reportes pueden ver parte de los logros alcanzados con esta comunidad.

Presento captures de Steem World para el 22/12, se que mi SP está fuera del límite mínimo para esta selección, pero decidí presentarme, dada mi experiencia, mi facilidad de lectura y para conectarme con otras personas. También que en los últimos tres meses cumplí con mi objetivo de llevar mi SP por encima de 1000, y se que en menos de 6 meses lo hare sobre los 2000.

Soy Coach Ontológico y Consultor en Programación Neurolingüística, por lo que tengo excelentes habilidades de comunicación, trato y respeto por cada ser humano.

My name is José Luis D´Hoy. My user in Steemit is @joslud. I was born and currently live in Venezuela, as I like to say: “North of South America”. My mother tongue is Spanish, I speak it very fluently, I can read English with ease, as well as Portuguese, not expression or writing, but online translators help me.

I joined Steemit in December 2017, so I'm just turning 5 years as a member of this platform. I met her, if I remember correctly in a Facebook ad, back then I was working displaying paid advertising.

As a newbie I didn't immediately realize the importance of increasing voting power and if you add the social situation of our country, I practically took Steemit as a weekly source of income. Always publish quality posts (there will be your exceptions), participate in many contests especially for creative writing. Now I am aware of leveraging myself on the platform and focusing my efforts on strengthening my voting power and reputation.

I am from the time before the famous “hard forks”, there was not so much emphasis on the communities, but we Venezuelans began to generate interest in the great whales. I joined the former Venezuelan "BlockChain Route" with @danielvehe at the head, with them I was a moderator in a Facebook group, there I reviewed the publications and selected those to be voted for said Trail. Then the third or fourth hardfork happened and the “Blokchain Path” moved to Hive.

I joined @tipu's Curation project, practically since it started, (before the third hardfork) since then I do daily curation for said project. This curation is freer and with few conditions, we value quality more, and we focus on curating new publications.

Most recently, I applied for Seven Network Community Curator, and was selected almost three months ago. They left me as a free curator, in these reports you can see part of the achievements made with this community.

I present Steem World captures for 22/12, I know that my SP is out of the minimum limit for this selection, but I decided to present myself, given my experience, my ease of reading and to connect with other people. Also that in the last three months I met my goal of taking my SP above 1000, and I know that in less than 6 months I will do it over 2000.
