Curators Guidelines for the Community || November || By @jyoti-thelight
Because of your love and support, once again I have been selected as community curator TEAM-2 for the month of November. Additionally, we are recommended to curate using certain new guidelines, such as focusing on postings that strictly adhered to the guidelines in order to reduce abuse and other types of "inefficiency."
We will continue to support comments and input this time around, and for good feedback, you can receive 10% and 15% upvotes.

According to @steemitblog's new curation guidelines, there is no need to vote on any specific tags, but we should check club, Steemexclusive, bot-free, and plagiarism free. As a result, before curating, we must determine whether a post is eligible for curation based on the rules; for this, we will use some tools that are available online, such assteemcreypticfor clubs, steemworld for CSI and accounts, steemtools for plagiarism check. So, I urge every user to write high-quality posts that adhere to the guidelines listed below.
Your CSI score must be more than 5.
One of the clubs must be a member of all users.
You must not use bit-bot services.
Your post must include at least 300 words and be accompanied by quality images.
You ought to cite where you got the photos, and must not use copy-right pictures.
Your post must not include plagiarised content.
If you thoughtfully respond to a post, you will receive 10% to 15% of the upvote
The percentage of votes according to status is determined by how much weight we attach to club status. These percentages are described in further detail.

And also we have been advised to upvote 10% extra for #burnsteem and 10% to 15% for meaningful comments.
Our team of seven persons will curate seven days a week, however, due to differences in time and schedules, we have designated days just for curating, the specifics of which are provided below.

Listening to these rules so many times annoys certain users, but they are of vital importance and we must understand that repeating them so many times translates into the fact that they must be followed and respected by all users... ALL OF US.
The curatorial activity is not easy. Although an experienced curator can make the most of his time since he has created personal methods to increase the efficiency of his tasks.
All this verification process guarantees the credibility of Steemit as a social network and gives more strength to Steem Blockchain in general, as well as to its currency, STEEM.
It caught my attention that they will assign an additional 10% curatorship to those who use #burnsteem. Precisely related to the burning of STEEM, I would like to respectfully ask you if you could take a few minutes to read the following post with a fresh initiative that promotes the burning of STEEM.
