Design Tutorial Process:

Step-01: First I will open Adobe Illustrator in my computer, after opening I have taken an white artboard.

Step-02: Then I will take a circle. keep its stroke color is black and its fill color dark blue.

Step-03: Then i take a new white color stroke.

Step-04: Then I will cut this white color stroke with shape builder tool and this object i will expand.

Step-05: Then I will take 2 rollers along the middle for middle guide.

Step-06: This time I will take a small shape to the watch.

Step-07: Then I will copy this shape and I will set it around the clock 12 times.

Step-08: Then I will take a little circle in middle. keep its stroke color is black and its fill color white.

Step-09: This time I will take a red color triangle.

Step-10: This time I'll make it smaller.

Step-11: Then I will set the watch.

Step-12: Then I will copy yellow color and set other site in watch.

Step-13: Became our simple clock design.
