Web 3.0 is also known as Third Generation Internet. The Internet we are using now is Web 2.0. The Internet before Web 2.0 was Web 1.0. Web 1.0 was popular from 1980 to 2004. Web 1.0 originally had low internet speeds. It could only read from various information websites and had no video and no interactive content. As a result, no personal advertisement could be made in it. The user could not publish any content. And could not write any own content and upload it. The website acts as an information provider only. So it worked as a kind of static communication system. Hence it was called the First Generation of the Internet.

Then after 2004, the second generation of the Internet came which is known as Web 2.0 and till now this second generation Internet i.e. Web 2.0 is prevalent. With the advent of web 2.0, some big companies have entered such as Facebook, Google, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Web 2.0 provides high-speed internet connection along with multimedia or interactive content such as various types of video animations. Here different types of content can be read simultaneously and different types of content can be written simultaneously i.e. both reading and writing are possible simultaneously. That is, there are two permissions, read and write. This is the main difference between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0. Web 2.0 mainly benefits programmers, gaming experts, graphics designers, e-commerce experts, YouTubers, bloggers, content creators, and various social media experts.

Now let's know about some features of web 3.0. In Web 2.0 only reading and writing could be done but in 3.0 reading, writing and earning can be done simultaneously. In this case, in Web 2.0, various companies used to sell the user's data and they would profit, but in Wave 3.0, the user will personally benefit and earn. In this case, Web 3.0 will be based on a completely decentralized network or blockchain network.
