Not too long a go, a tradition had been held here on steemit for about 3 years. This annual activity has stood since 2019 And here is 2022 another awesome time to participate in this activity. And as we know, being a steemian is no easy stuff, and this activity is set up to acknowledge and reward viable personnels in the steemit blog.

With lots of people infusing their hard work, time and commitment to make steemit stand it's my pleasure to to norminate;

Best Author

Chosen with so much transparency and dexterity. My best author is @ubongudofot and I'll tell you why.
@ubongufofot has been so committed and devoted to steemit. Looking through his blog, he tries to post at least one publication each day and that makes about 30 or more publications in a month. He is also very active in community activities. Delivering quality posts and documentaries written in professional styles.

Let's talk about responsibilities; He has been in the position of a curator for many months curating quality post from verified users. Apart from that he also does not tolerate scams and fraudulent activities - a core value all steamians should emulate.

Being the leader of the WSP (world smile project), he has done so much in impacting in the smilenigeria project. He being the face behind the 1000watt solar project has evidently, brought smiles on the face of Nigerians.

As a country rep, he organizes contest in some communities awarding prizes to winners, he also keeps track Of many activities such as the beneficiaries for smile Nigeria, his weekly report and even his weekly interview showcase. In my jurisdiction I am very convinced that @ubongudofot deserves the best author of the year.

My standard for choosing the best community is based on productivity, engagements, participation and support.
All that I have seen the most in @steemforbetterlife community.
At @steemforbetterlife community, everyone is being carried along, the community act with uniform action . They participate in community activities on the steemit blog such as the weekly seasonal steemit challenge. Their community moderators and curators too play their parts extremely well and very commendably.

I would really recommend that this award goes to @goodybest, one another dedicated steemian ready to give in her all despite her other activities offline.
She is a country rep who takes her duty very seriously, constantly assisting newbies to understand and navigate the steemit blog. She also organizes meetups to link up local steemians within her area and encourage them even the inactive ones.

She organizes contest that carries everyone along. As a steem curator and moderator, she doesn't fail in upvoting quality posts in the community and taking part in decisions of the community.
