Tonight i was invited out by a mate who i worked alongside 15 odd years ago, it was great to catch up and i may have been offered a part time role with his company - sounds good to me!

We went out to Dinner @ the Speights Ale house in Palmerston North

I got their early so had a Corona while waiting, its a nice bar restaurant which is worth a visit.

While i may have been out for Diner today is a cardio day at the GYM, so in about an hour i will go down and get sweaty for an hour - can't wait and it will help burn off dinner
