Fadli and Rani are posing after the marriage contract is done

Where the earth is stepped on, the sky must be upheld, that's one of the proverbs I've ever heard. Attending a sacred event in establishing a very serious level relationship in the form of a wedding and my cousin's wedding party is something that happened on Sunday 22 May 2022. Where the customs and culture that occur here are inversely proportional to what I often see in Aceh. The North Sumatran Malay custom in this marriage became my main attraction in publishing it there.

Inter-tribal marriages are a long-standing and frequent occurrence in Indonesia, both in Aceh and other provinces. At this time, one of my cousins held a marriage ceremony and a wedding party with his girlfriend, who is a native of North Sumatra. Fadly, who is a native of Aceh, proposed to his girlfriend Rani by following all the customs and traditions of the Malay tribe.

This beautiful day for the bride and groom begins when the marriage contract is finished where they are both legally husband and wife. As his friend and cousin, I accompanied him from the trip until the event was over with the rest of the family. We have to complete many agendas in Malay customs and culture before the event is held and when it is carried out. Until we understand a little about Malay customs and culture, my cousin will apply it in the future.

To be aware of the striking difference between a wedding event or party with Malay culture, this is the first time I have witnessed it where there are several agendas, for example male substitutes are required to wait for half an hour outside before entering the house. This is done as a form of remembering the struggle of a man in getting a girl with difficulty. Besides this, there are several rhymes that have a very deep meaning when read by the presenters at the wedding.

Therefore, it can be concluded that Malay culture is always synonymous with various unique rhymes and continues to be preserved with various good systems. Finally, I wish you a happy new life for my cousin, Fadli, with a Malay girl from North Sumatra. Hopefully the world and the hereafter will be happy, and will be given various conveniences in living his household.
