I'm excited to share my report with wonderful painting today. This painting made my day. It was done by one of our born talent and Wonderful steemian @yakubenko. I'm very happy that I came across her blog couple of weeks back. I want to thank her from bottom of my heart. I'm sure she will inspire whoever come across her. Strong writing, true emotions and great talent are her ingredients. Check out her blog for her beautiful paintings.

Entire day was on engine overhaul-2. And tomorrow we have Powertrain overhaul session-1. All the activity is in walking in training center. Holidays start from 6th November and has got busy days before vacation. Hopefully I will get to 10k activity and automaticwins soon

Delegate to Actifit: Because we are adding value not to steem but to Human beings.

I feel a project which provides personal touch to people's lives will have a bright future and that project is what people are going to remember forever ( but it's not just in internet,it is in their lives). I want you guys to notice that project which has has been doing same since it's launch. It is none other than @actifit(Nearly 3 months old).

@actifit is a dapp and SMT project for rewarding fitness activity. It rewards people for moving around. App tracks movement of users all throughout day and at the end of the day users have to post their activity to steemit along with proof of activity ( How their day went, describing activity). @actifit rewards them in upvotes band aslo in AFIT tokens. We have seen exponential growth of users in last 3 months. As of now we are rewarding nearly 300 users everyday. We have been monitoring all the posts all everyday,interacting with users for suggestions and improving accordingly. We we're driven by users suggestions and their wishes since last 3 months. There is lot of lot of enthusiasm,postivity, motivation from all actifitters. They encouraged,supported us not only in delegations but aslo through their life changing emtoional stories. We are all like a family now and remember them by their names.

I was given a opportunity to work as moderator for this wonderful community. I have been working with @actifit since its beginning and signing up hampered lot of our new users. But its awesome that we can get more users on to this platform now.

This is a brief introduction of what @actifit does.
Changing lives:

You probably know a bit about Actifit's mission: We aim to incentivize people to get moving, live a healthier and more active life style. By providing people the capability of earning Steem and AFIT tokens, we believe we are providing a great incentive for them to move, which has been proven across the last 3 months since initiation. We have seen heartwarming stories and testimonials, and this is an oppotunity to help make a change.
Earning Actifit tokens: delegators to Actifit earn daily Actifit tokens, based on a daily reward pool of 100,000 AFIT tokens. At the moment, we have around 150K SP, so each 100 SP delegated earns the delegator approx 68 AFIT tokens.

Earning Steem rewards: delegators also share a 5% beneficiary amount set on every Actifit post. Every Monday, delegators will receive a weekly share of the amount accumulated while using their SP. As posts have a 7 day window to pay out, rewards to delegators come in effect the next Monday following a week from delegation.

AFIT tokens valuation and economy: While at the moment AFIT tokens are not on exchanges nor have an exact value, yet we will soon initiate the first pre-sale discounted pricing for AFIT tokens, as we finalize the internal financial discussions. While the initial pricing might be few cents, yet the ICO/SMT pricing will be higher than this. In terms of the need and the economy, AFIT tokens are provided for free to individuals with proof of activity, yet the scarcity of the tokens and the limited daily reward pool will decrease the amount available for earning, particularly as the app usage grows further. Our plans are for AFIT tokens to be used under a marketplace where people can buy and sell fitness related equipment, sports wear, the same applies for buying from shops, gym memberships, health & fitness stores. Companies could even use AFIT tokens to pay employees gym memberships. The potential is limitless. We started considering also recently the potential to create a network of advertisement, based on which sports shops and brands could promote on Actifit, while paying using the AFIT tokens - further details will be shared on this once finalized.

Reward Mechanism & User Rank: The reward mechanism so far has been solely focused on recorded activity. This will change now to further incentivise better content quality, but also further accumulation of tokens, as well as delegation to the system. Our new rank system (complete but not launched yet due to all the recent troubles with the BC) will be based on delegated SP, tokens accumulated, rewarded activity and recent activity. Each user's rank will affect his awards and combined with the new approach to evaluate activity posts/reports will reflect how many AFIT tokens and Steem upvote each post receives. A post rank system and upvote valuation system is also launched recently.

Content now constitutes an indicator in the reward as well. Actifit has been long considered as a spamming dapp, and while we had highlighted in many occasions that not all dapps need to be content focused, and we have been continuously fighting and banning abusers, yet at this stage we believe content is helping us in our fight against abuse, but also to improve the perception of Actifit across the whole ecosystem. Hence we put some more focus on the content, whereby the text of the report, images, as well as moderator's review/upvote of the post will all play a role in the reward of the post, with each constituting a 10% portion of the score.

We are happy to see lot of enthusiasm and many inspiring stories from all our users. As of now @actifit is s sitting at 161k SP with the support of our wonderful delegators. We are in need of more delegations to reward our users in much better way. We are constantly bringing new updates of both app and website to give a enhanced experience to all our users.

I can proudly say that a steemit project(actfit) is with people all throughout their day- motivating them, pushing them forward to lead a healthy life style. You know what- some families are using it( if there are 3 people in family then one is joining after other and they are competing with each other). @actifit making them not only join this movement but also steemit. And Thank you for HF20 update. It is really helping us more in increasing convenience to bringing new users to this platform.
