I'm posting this image for the daily #MonoMad photo contest created by @brumest and curated by @monochromes. It was taken on New Year's Day 2019 during a quick trip to the beach. There are things I feel I have to do on New Year's Day to set the tone for the year, and heading to the beach, even for a quick visit, is one of them.

        I normally try to visit the beach on New years day since living here but the wife wasn't well so I skipped it this year but hopefully this weekend I will

            I hope so as well Its just a nasty cold I think but with her other health issues it really drains her so hoping she feels better soon
