Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables and 🍒Fruits. Hope all of you like it
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Chapati With Bombay Chutney
Bombay chutney is one of the most delicious side dishes for Idli, Dosa, pori and even roti too.
If you getting bored with taking those with regular chutneys like coconut, peanut, tomato and onion then try with Bombay chutney. It gives something different flavour and deliciousness.
Preparing is also very simple, within 15 minutes we can prepare. In this dish, the main ingredient is gram flour.
By adding tomatoes, onions, and Indian masala we prepare this simple dish.
For Today's lunch needs, we prepare green Bottle gourd masala curry, Capsicum fry, rasam and curd.
Combining Bottle gourd with chana dal I prepare this dish in Andhra Style.
Bottle gourd natural sweetness combined with Indian masala items we get some delicious taste with good flavour.
This dish we prepare by adding ginger, garlic, and coconut with other Indian spices. That's it is very different from regular curries.
This fish is a good choice with Hot rice, roti, chapati and even with Dosa too.
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy a white chana sundal.
For Dinner needs today we prepare semiya upma with pickle.
Semiya upma is well known South Indian cousin. Simply we are also called Indian Noodles.
We prepare this by using vermeil, onions, spices, lentils, and herbs with peanuts. But today I don't add peanuts to my today dish.
It is very simple to prepare or took less than 15 minutes to prepare. By adding mixed veggies also we prepare this dish but today I only add onions only.

Sister, the items prepared by you looks authentic. I also love idli, with coconut chutney but never heard of bombay chutney itbis totally new to me.
Its also common dish in South .
