Pasta with red sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 6 tomatoes
• Chicken breast
• 2 carrots
• 4 cups of water
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Parmesan cheese
  
  

Preparation:

Put in a pot to boil the pasta with the four cups of water and salt to taste . While boiling, make the sauce, chop the onions in fine squares, crush the garlic cloves and grate the carrots. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan. Once hot, add the chopped onions, let them brown. Add the tomatoes, which you have previously peeled, chopped and crushed in a blender. Let the flavor mix for 2 minutes and add the chicken breast, which you have previously washed and chopped into pieces. Remove all the preparation well, add salt to your liking and cover the pot. With a fork pick a noodle, if you notice that it is ready drain the rest and reserve them in another pot. When the chicken is cooked, add the grated carrots. Add 1/2 cup of the noodle broth. Let the sauce cook and when ready, add it to the pot and grate the Parmesan cheese on top
