I think this peony blossom may have wanted to escape. Or maybe it just wanted to be certain it was noticed by people passing by. It got my attention!

It's beautiful, but it'd unfair as it want to fence you in
Beautiful blossom! We were looking all over the place traveling yesterday looking for a yellow peony. We were told they are hard to find.
I've seen yellow tree peonies, but only at botanical gardens. The price is starting to come down, but it has always been so high that I wasn't willing to take the risk of trying to grow one!
This is something I learned this weekend. Funny how they are like that.

@melinda010100, beautiful flowers. I love them because they have a very long flowering period. It's nice to see how their lush bright hats are getting bigger and bigger day by day. Their thin stems lean under the weight of these bright balls. Even if you cut a small bouquet and put in a vase, they still retain their beautiful buds. Thanks for the beautiful photo :)
