Winners announcement of Incredible India monthly contest November#2|Why a healthy lifestyle is essential for us.

Dear steemians,

Today we are here to announce the contest winners of November#2; The subject was 'Why is a healthy lifestyle essential for us?'

This time we received eleven entries including two moderators @nainaztengra and @sampabiswas.

It is very influential when responsible community members participate in the contest.

After discussion and going through all posts we decided on three winners and also decided to pass 2 steem each to other participants.

Our purpose was not only to discuss a healthy lifestyle but to encourage and educate others by following a healthy lifestyle in our everyday life.

Among all entries, we selected three winners, and here are the details:-

¿Llevas un estilo de vida saludable?

Podía decirse que si, me esfuerzo y a veces obligo a comer muchos vegetales y alimentos crudos, he intentado disminuir el consumo de carnes animales y eliminado casi totalmente los refrescos o bebidas azucaradas, sin embargo eso no quiere decir que de vez en cuando disfrute de un rico trozo de pastel o de algún postre lleno de calorías vacías, solo que me esfuerzo porque no sea tan a menudo o he optado por preparar mis recetas favoritas en casa haciéndolas lo más limpias posibles.

Here she specified in detail how she maintains her healthy lifestyle. She mentioned sometimes she forced herself to consume a lot of vegetables and fruits.

The author also mentioned how she obeys a healthy routine by reducing the consumption of animal meat and soft drinks or beverages. Rest she shared some beautiful pictures of her healthy lifestyle. Thus we preferred her for the first position.

আমরা জানি যদি নিজেদের স্বাস্থ্য ঠিক না রাখি তাহলে সংসারে কাউকে ভালো রাখতে পারবোনা। তাই আগে নিজেকে সুস্থ রাখতে হবে তাহলে বাড়ির সবাইকে ভালো রাখা যায়। যেহেতু আমাদের নিজেদের কাজ নিজেদের করতে হয় তাই আগে নিজেকে ভালো রাখাই প্রথম কাজ।

We selected the second winner because being a homemaker;
She beautifully described here that housemakes could only uphold others' happiness when we keep ourselves healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle.

Being housemakers foremost, they need to obey a healthy lifestyle or routine;
so that they could take a great care of others in the family.

¿Sigues un estilo de vida saludable? Comparte con nosotros ¿Cómo?

Considero que sí, a diario camino al menos una hora, también manejó bicicleta y me movilizo con ella a donde sea que vaya. Tengo una dieta baja en grasas, actualmente consumo más pescado siendo la sardina la proteína principal 🙈, ella es rica en Omega 3, contiene colágeno, eleva las plaquetas (y además es accesible al bolsillo 🙈😍🤪), tomo mucha agua.

También trato de llevar un estilo de vida tranquilo, trato de no cargar con problemas que no me competen, solo gozo de responsabilidades no tan extremistas (todo esto para estresarme lo menos posible).

Along with that, he also explained how he also rides a bicycle wherever he goes. Besides that, he consumes a low-fat diet like fish. Here he mentioned about;
omega-3, and collagen we get from fish meat and how they help to keep our body healthy.
