Hello fitness lovers, I'm of the opinion that you are doing your best Steeming to the moon. I am doing well getting fit daily because of practicing all the workout trainings lectured by #steemfitnesshub Instructor01 and Instructor02.

Those lessons are having great effects in my health both mentally, emotionally and otherwise. Ask any participant of these workout challenges how they're responding to the imparts of each challenge, surely the response will be positive.

The numerous advantages to be derived from exercising one's body are too good to ignore. The World Health Organization (WHO) has found out that modern lifestyle have been the culprit for some non-communicable diseases like type 2 diabetes, hypertension and obesity. Civilization.

Physical exercise - its imparts on non-communicable diseases

So what relationship does physical exercise have with those three diseases? Studies showed that those who are actively engaging in physical activities do not have overweight whereas those do not are often gain more weight leading to obesity. The study encourages regular exercise a healthy leaving.

It's altogether recommended to take between 20 to 45 minutes for physical exercise to prevent stroke and other related heart disease. Same is applicable to reducing or preventing type2 diabetes.

Having seen the relationship between physical activities and healthy living, everyone should make participation in #steemfitnesshub workout challenges a regular practice.

The effects

It took me up to 30 minutes jumping and Squating but taking breaks of minutes to resume the next round.

  • throwing my hands back strengthened my arm muscles.
  • the butts and the lower abdomen felt lighter meaning that some calories have been buned up.
