working guidelines for all detectives.

Hope all are well. i am @moh.arif (moderator- steem-watcher community) from steem-watcher community.

You all knew that our main goal in creating a Steemit watcher community was to keep the Steem platform free from all types of abuse. In order for us to do this successfully, we have recently made some changes in the Steem Watcher community. I hope everyone noticed that last week we made an announcement post: https://steemit.com/hive-192912/@abuse-watcher/an-important-announcement. In that post, we clearly mentioned that we want to keep a close eye on the entire reputed Steem community. To do this successfully, we will have some designated detectives for each community who will keep an eye on those communities.

Previously, I gave a guideline post https://steemit.com/hive-192912/@moh.arif/how-to-submit-an-abuse-post-link-to-the-abuse-watcher-discord-server for all detectives that explained: "How They Submit An Abuse Post Link To The Abuse Watcher Discord Server". This was for all detectives who work for the whole Steemit platform. But when a detective only works in a specific community, their work would differ from that of a general detective. Now, I'll give some guidelines for community-based detectives.

A community-based detective will deal with checking for all kinds of abuses within the specific community. You will monitor all normal users, including community admins and moderators. As a community-based detective, you have to do these Following tasks.

You can report against user accounts of any reputation. (You will not have the restrictions on reputation that exist for detectives outside the community. You can report against users of any reputation.)

• Every day, you need to keep an eye on all the posts in the community where you are assigned.
• With all general abuse you need to notice in particular scamming, multiple accounts, reward farming, and account farming abuse in that community.
• If you find any abuse in that community, please report it every day in a specific channel on our abuse watcher Discord server.
• Then, @rex-sumon, our executive admin, will check all of the abuse reports you provided. if this activity was identified as abuse, our executive admin, @rex-sumon, will approve it with Green signal.
• Then you should note to yourself these abuse post links and abuser usernames with abuse details.
• Every week on a specific day, you should publish a report post in the Steem Watcher community with all activities in the assigned community.
• If you haven't found any abuse, you should also publish a post about that community (negative or positive). It is mandatory for you.
