Breakfast

I got up and headed to the kitchen. Today, I want to enjoy a glass of milk and just two slices of bread for breakfast. Last night, before going to bed, I had a snack while watching a Korean drama. And this morning I didn't feel hungry. Watching while snacking is really fun. I often stock up on some snacks to accompany writing and snacking.

After drinking a glass of milk, I opened the refrigerator and prepared a breakfast menu for my father. I took long beans and cut them into small pieces. I want to make stir-fried long beans. I don't like flavoring. So I only use shallots, garlic, salt and sugar as natural flavorings.

Lunch

The stir fry this morning made my father very satisfied. I got a request back to make Sambal Terasi. Around eleven o'clock in the morning my father came home from the garden and brought home a plastic bag of fresh vegetables. In the refrigerator there is young corn. I plan on combining them later.

The Sambal Terasi is ready. Now it's time to make clear vegetable gravy. I cut up the corn and some other side vegetables. I've heated the water and waited for it to boil. To ensure that the vegetables are sterile, I soak them for a few minutes in salt water. If there are caterpillars, and various other pests then he will come out. I pour the sterilized vegetables in boiling water. And five minutes later the clear vegetable gravy is ready to serve.

Dinner

In the late afternoon, I restarted my motorcycle engine. Then head to the shop where meatballs are sold. This desire has been buried for a long time. I drove the vehicle slightly above average. Usually, the speedometer numbers only pace between 40-50 km / h. I entered the meatball shop and sat at the corner table.

Not long after that, the waitress came and gave me a list of available menus. She was standing in front of me holding a writing utensil and looking kindly at me. I ordered a bowl of meatballs and a cup of original chocolate ice. I am waiting while reading the posts of Steemian friends.

El salteado que le hiciste a tu padre se ve muy bueno, no necesita más sabores que los que da el chalote, el ajo y sal son suficientes. Me da curiosidad que es el Sambal terai y como se hace. Saludos.

Terasi or belacan or caluk is a cooking spice made from fermented rebon fish and/or prawns, shaped like dough or pasta and black-brown in color, sometimes added with coloring so that it turns reddish.
