Bees
You may not like them and to be afraid of their sting, but I bet you like honey.
I like to photograph them and to take any opportunity. It is easy when the phone is always in my pocket.

Terrific bee photos @nelinoeva!! I do love honey and bees are so important. Luckily, I'm not allergic but still try to avoid their stings when possible. I had one fly up my motorcycle helmet many years ago and stung me but wasn't too bad as far as stings go. I will check out the competition and see if I can come up with an entry. Thank you for bringing it to my attention..much appreciated!

Howdy there nelinoeva! well, those are pretty impressive shots taken just with your phone! Great close ups! How far away were you when you took those? Looks like a couple inches!
I use the option of zooming which magnifies 4x and it is about couple of inches distance. Then I am trying to be quick once focused, as the object will fly away.
oh I see nelinoeva, have you ever gotten stung by getting so close?
I am lucky not to be stung by bees or wasps being so close. I try not to annoy them.
well you're doing very well then nelinoeva, you must be very stealthy like a Ninja, they don't even know you are there!
Most excellent picture of the bee and the dandelion. I have never been able to capture them at close range or even blow up the picture and be far away so I am totally impressed with your photograph!

Once I made the very first picture of a bee, I became brave to keep on and to look for them. They are amazing creatures.
