Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

1.In a huge bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, preparing powder, heating pop, and salt.

2.Add spread and sugar to bowl of standing blender. Beat on medium-rapid until light and fleecy, around 3 minutes. Rub drawbacks of bowl at that point beat in eggs, each one in turn, at that point vanilla. With blender speed on low, gradually include the flour blend, at that point increment speed and beat until consolidated. Cover bowl and refrigerate 60 minutes.

3.Preheat broiler to 350ºF. Move batter between sheets of material paper to 1/4" thickness. Cut out wanted shapes with dough shapers and exchange to material lined preparing sheets, leaving 2" space between treats. Heat 6-8 minutes, until marginally puffed and beginning to crackle at edges. Tops should look marginally dry, yet treats should at present be delicate and somewhat underbaked. Let cool 5 minutes on heating sheets at that point exchange to wire racks to cool totally.
