Volvopluteus gloiocephalus - Our 2nd Most Favorited Mushroom 🍄

This is our second favorite mushroom.

It's a large and common edible mushroom with a smooth, shiny hat that appears both in the winter and in the summer in open areas, on lawns, in hummus fields and also next to piles of straw and garbage (though we find plenty of it in the hunting grounds)

Two reports of an allergic reaction to eating this mushroom.

The symptoms of the allergy were expressed in burning in the mouth and swelling, redness and pain of the tongue for several days.

So if you decide to pick and taste these mushrooms, be alert to any change in your health.

Allergy symptoms can gradually increase after eating these mushrooms again.
