Every Character Confirmed For Phase 4 after 2019 (So Far):

Adam Warlock:

While the character is sadly missing out on the Infinity storyline, despite being a major part of it in the comics, there's still plenty to get excited about. He's set to be utilised as a weapon at first, as he's designed to defeat the Guardians, but it shouldn't be too long before he becomes more of a proper hero. Phase 4 is set to explore more of the cosmic side of the universe, so Warlock is an obvious choice for that.

Nakia:

Not only is she a spy and the head of global outreach for Wakanda, but she's also T'Challa's main love interest - and a great character in her own right - so there's plenty more to come from the character. Marvel will be looking to replicate the success of the first Black Panther with its sequel, which includes bringing back Ryan Coogler too, and while there might be one or two who aren't involved, the very core of the movie should remain the same.

Mysterio

A character who wears a fishbowl helmet and a cape, he's a special effects technician who becomes a criminal, using his skills to become a master of illusion who fights Spidey with his trickery rather than relying on brawn.
That should make for something different, but it's the presence of Gyllenhaal that elevates this even further, and it's exciting to think what he'll do as a supervillain.

Adrian Toomes:

It's good news, then, that he'll be back for more. The post-credits stinger, with Toomes in jail alongside Michael Mando's Mac Gargan (whose return is unknown at this stage, although it seems likely), allows things to go one of two ways. Vulture could go after Peter again himself or, more interestingly (and likely) help protect him. Either way, more of Keaton is a good thing.

Ms Marvel:

Kamala Khan, Marvel's first Muslim headline superhero, is a Carol Danvers superfan who gains her powers after being exposed to the Terrigen Mists that reveal the Inhuman gene. And as it just so happens the Mists have already been used in the MCU through Agents of SHIELD, and Captain Marvel is going to be coming to the future soon, the groundwork for the character has already been laid.

Eternals:

With Phase 4 exploring more of the cosmic side of the MCU, the Eternals should be a good fit for a new franchise. Created by Jack Kirby, they're an offshoot of humanity created by the Celestials (who already exist in the MCU) to watch over human life, although there are two races: the superpowered beings and then the more villainous Deviants.

Nova:

We've already seen Nova Corps in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, although they were mostly useless, which means the seeds have already been planted for Nova to appear. That could be even more true than we know, with the theory that the destruction of Xander in Infinity War (http://whatculture.com/film/mcu-theory-avengers-infinity-war-is-actually-nova-39-s-origin-story) is a means of introducing the character down the line.
It's nicely set up for Nova to be the only survivor of that and then having to pass the mantle on, and Richard Rider's powers (which include flight and the ability to open wormholes) should fit right in with Marvel becoming more cosmic in Phase 4.
