It's Friday! And in my country it would be added, with a touch of mischief, 'And the body knows it'.
My record for today I think will be simple, we bought some groceries that we needed at home and then ran because the sky was showing signs that a storm was on the way. So far the storm that I expected has not fallen, but it is a good thing in the current way, the weather is cool, a few scattered drops of water fall, and it seems that I can publish without having the fear and the race that the services fail imminently :)
Reviewing the ephemeris for today, I found many interesting things, but there was one, from the field of entertainment, that caught my attention:

¡Es viernes! Y en mi país se agregaría, con un toque de picardía, 'Y el cuerpo lo sabe'.
Mi registro del día de hoy creo que será simple, compramos algunos víveres que necesitábamos en casa y corrimos luego porque el cielo estaba con síntomas de que venía una tormenta en camino. Hasta ahora no ha caído la tormenta que yo me esperaba, pero es algo bueno de la manera actual, el clima estás fresco, caen unas gotas de agua dispersas, y parece que puedo publicar sin tener el temor y la carrera de que los servicios fallen de manera inminente :)
Al revisar las efemérides para el día de hoy, encontré muchas cosas interesantes, pero hubo una, del ámbito del espectáculo, que me llamó la atención:

November 4, 2001, The film 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' opens in London, England. It was the #Cinema adaptation of J. K. Rowling's successful adventure and fantasy youth literature book, whose #book was initially published in 1997 and enjoyed tremendous success. In fact, the 'Magic' of the book was repeated with the film, as it was the most successful film of the year, both at the box office, and in critical, acclaim and nominations for various awards.
My choice of this anniversary of #History, pointing to the seventh art, as #Cinema is usually designated, has to do precisely with the book at first. The girl of the house was fond of reading, in fact, I am amazed that they read one after another each volume of the saga that was published over the years and that covered the teenage years of the young protagonist of the book and the #movies, the wizard 'boy who lived' Harry Potter.

4 de noviembre de 2001, Se estrena la película 'Harry Potter y la Piedra Filosofal', en Londres, Inglaterra. Era la adaptación al #Cine del exitoso libro de literatura juvenil de aventura y fantasía de JK Rowling, cuyo #libro fue publicado inicialmente en 1997 y gozó de un éxito tremendo. De hecho, la 'Magia' del libro se repitió con la película, pues fue la película más exitosa del año, tanto en taquilla, como en reconocimiento de la crítica y nominación a premios diversos.
Mi elección de esta efeméride de la #Historia, apuntando al séptimo arte, tal como se suele designar al Cine, tiene que ver justamente con el libro en un inicio. La niña de la casa era aficionada a su lectura, de hecho, me asombro que leyeran uno tras otro cada volumen de la saga que se publicó a lo largo de los años y que cubrió los años de adolescencia del joven protagonista del libro y las películas, el mago 'niño que vivió' Harry Potter.
Mi elección de esta efeméride de la #Historia, apuntando al séptimo arte, tal como se suele designar al Cine, tiene que ver justamente con el libro en un inicio. I can remember buying her one of the books for her birthday, although I don't remember which one it was, I am amazed at how much time has passed, the girl now lives in another country, got married and divorced, has lived half her life, and I still remember her when I gave her the book as a gift, and she gave me a smile that was too good, for her joy at receiving the book that corresponded to that year as a gift.
When you notice that you get nostalgic, or that the #films and books that you gave to your sons or daughters, are more than two decades old, at that moment I think I should start to consider myself seriously old :)
Though I prefer to think of myself as a 'Classic Model' (personal laugh). Well, that would be all, I wish you well and that we can read each other again another time.

Puedo recordar comprarle uno de los libros para su cumpleaños, aunque no recuerdo cuál de ellos fue, me sorprende al notar el tiempo que ha pasado, ya la niña vive en otro país, se casó y se divorció, ha vivido media vida, y yo aún la recuerdo cuando le di el libro como regalo y me dio una sonrisa demasiado buena, por su alegría de recibir de regalo el libro que correspondía a ese año.
Cuando notas que te pones nostálgico, o que las películas y libros que le regalaste a tus hijos o hijas, tiene más de dos décadas de antigüedad, en ese momento creo que debo empezar a considerarme seriamente viejo :)
Aunque prefiero pensar que soy un 'Modelo Clásico' (risas personales). Bien, eso sería todo, te deseo que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer de nuevo en otra oportunidad.
